I will update this review over time, and please feel free to ask me any questions.Update 13th July 2020-Almost 11 months after using this phone, here are my thoughts.A very good phone overall, but- needs faster charging speeds, both wired and wireless.- night camera quality isn't up with the best.-the punch hole camera can be distracting from an otherwise lovely screen.- I wish there was a flat screen version with same specs. The curved screen does not add anything to my user experience. Rather it's a hindrance to use the S own at the edges...-----------------------------------------------------------My sixth month into the phone now..Well, with time, as usual, the problems keep coming bit by bit..1.Wi-Fi connection can be problem at times, need to reconnect to the wi-fi, otherwise wont connect properly. Same issue with different Wi-Fi connections.2. Stutters in going to websites, could be connected to the Wi-Fi issue, but sometimes seems independent.3. Some apps keep crashing, works fine after a restart (Samsung as well as other apps)All in all, for the premium price, I would expect a bit more better performance. Would probably degrade my initial 4 stars to 3.5 stars now.Having said that, I have had multiple iphones, had similar problems after a few months.. So I fell the phone companies have come up with some solution for this..More than 2 months now...I really like the fast charging function. A true life saver. Half and hour charge and you are up to around 40-50%.I have noted that the last 5% of battery discharged very quickly. Sometimes withing 5 minutes of very moderate use.Call quality and WiFi quality is very good. No issues so far.The camera could have been better for low light.----------------------------------------------------------7 weeks now..1. The battery would not last 2 days with moderate use. Make sure you charge in the evening before you go out on the next day.2. The pre applied screen protector can catch scratches easily. So be careful. If possible, go for a third party self healing screen protector. But unless you are a pro, getting it on flawlessly may be a hard job ( as with all curved screens).Into the 4th week now..1. Love the screen. The punch hole in the display strangely does not bother me.2. Really miss the headphone jack. Wish Samsung included a USB C to 3.5mm converter in the retail pack.Into the second week, some new tips and tricks.1. If you want the phone to wake up every time you lift it, goto advanced settings and enable the option.2. Taking a screen shot with the 2 buttons on left side can be tricky. Make sure you press the volume down button and the power button together, ONLY FOR 1 SECOND. If it's pressed for more than 1 second, it goes to the restart/off menu. Will keep you updated when I find more new features. No stylish cases found yet..-------------------------------------------------------After a week how do I feel, compared to Note 9?1. Charging faster definitely is a plus point, wish the cable was longer. It's only 0.9m , cannot use in bedroom very well. Have bought a third party cable which seems ok. The official wireless fast charger for Note 10+ isn't still available in the UK. Hopefully will by it.2. The screen seems better in a good way.3. The cutout in the display is not too obstructive. Cotton used to it now.4. The back is a fingerprint magnet, so always using a back case.-----------------------------------------------------------I come from a Note 9.Here are the impressions after using it extensively for a day.Pros-1. Bigger screen is better. More real estate. Colours lovely as usual. But quality wise the screen isn't noticeably different from Note 9.2. The charging speeds are noticeably faster when compared to Note 9.3. The S pen has some additional tricks.4. Camera bit noticeably better on both day and night photos.5. Great call quality and WiFi signal.6. I love the pre installed screen protector. This save so much time, and works well with the fingerprint sensor.7. The front on-screen fingerprint sensor is responsive and easy to use, compared to when it was at the back. Please note you need to add some pressure when using the fingerprint sensor. If you have a screen protector, try increasing fingerprint sensor bsensitivity in the settings.Cons-1. The hole punch in the display is not bad as the S10 plus, but still can be a distraction from the ultimate screen experience.2. No headphone jack!3. No heart rate or oxygen sensor!4. The S pen is slightly shorter than before.5. Would have been better to have more colours at launch. Black is too plain. Aurora may not be for everyone because it's too shiny from certain angles.6. The charging cable could be longer.Conclusion-You would need to carefully consider all the above before going for the Note 10, if you already have a Note 9. Consider whether it's worth taking the plunge for the above mentioned advantages, while losing out on some features. But if you are looking for a new phone from an older Note generation phone this is still great. What I would like to see next time-1. Better promotions for pre-orders in UK ( this time there are none!)2. No hole punches in the display.3. The head phone jack, heart rate and oxygen sensors ( this may be only a dream, though)4. Better selfie camera.5. Better low light performance from the back camera to match the competition.

I love this phone and it was such an upgrade from what I had. However I do feel the need to mention some of the issues I've experienced.1. I obviously put the phone in a case and a screen protector, but the screen protector makes finger print access almost impossible. I even tried reregistering my fingerprints with the phone once the cover was already on and still it won't read them and sometimes even locks me out of my apps. Huge pain, but i did just disable it and got over it. Using other security methods.. But someone who really wanted it won't be able to use a screen protector and risk ruining the screen.2. My next issue may be also be because of the screen protector but even despite contacting Samsung, they can't confirm or deny the connection. Outfacing photos are amazing but when you try to take selfies with the inward facing camera they appear foggy and super low quality. Almost filtered. I theorised this may be because my screen protector goes over top of the camera to obviously protect it, but i think its possible it's distorting the quality of photos. I bought the correct screen protector for the phone, so if they knew it distorted photos, you'd think they'd make the screen protector that doesn't cover the camera? Its an unfortunate let down and I'm still figuring it out. The unusual park it, when using an app like Snapchat then using the actual built in camera app, the quality of the photos are always different, even though I was using the same inward facing camera. Sometimes Snapchat pics will be clearer, while the inapp pics will be horrible. Then other times, its the opposite. It doesn't make sense, and the Samsung employee I spoke to said he owns the regular 10 and his photos sometimes also come out blurry using no screen protector.. which makes me believe its a software issue.. or? Idk. Just be aware.Because I bought the phone to help support my job, using the camera and calling features, it was why I purchased the phone.I still love the phone, but considering how much I paid, you'd think it'd provide more consistent top quality photos and take the manufacturer would of took into account people are obviously gonna use screen protectors.

Pros:* Blazing fast performance* Amazing 6.8" AMOLED screen, the best display on the market* 25W fast charge, though you need to use the bundled charging brick else you'll get 15W as before* Fast wireless charge* Supports "reverse wireless charge" so you can use your phone to wirelessly charge your watch or Galaxy Buds (or other phones)* S-Pen now doubles as a camera shutter* 256GB of onboard storage as standard* microSDXC memory card slot, so no need to buy the more expensive 512GB version* Under-screen ultrasonic fingerprint scanner is much better than the one on the S8/S9/etc.* Very unintrusive camera cutout - blends into the notification pane and you'll stop noticing it after a day of use*Dual-SIM (though you can't use a 2nd SIM and microSD card at the same time)* 12GB of RAM as standard, so very future-proof* Amazing image stabilisation on the front camera at 4K* Very loud and high quality dual speakers* Quite important but overlooked: there are hundreds of cheap cases, skins and other accessories to choose fromCons:* No headphone jack - this is inexcusable* Expensive as hell - £1000 is painful, though compared to the new iPhone this will look like a bargain* Only two colour options in the UK. Aura Black and Aura Glow (aka "shiny CD") aren't enough - why isn't the red version sold here?* No pre-order bonuses. Samsung are getting stingy* Like most modern flagships, this is a fragile glass device and needs a caseOverall:* The best phone on the market* The phone for people who want it all* On balance, worth the moneyJust make sure you buy a case for this £1000 phone...

The screen is stunning. It dominates the front of the phone and everything looks amazing. Even the camera punch-hole isn't intrusive (most of the time; I have expected it to scroll with the page at times)I miss the biometric health scanner. It had the SPO2 function missing on so many watches (e.g. mine). I don't understand its omission (space?)The battery is comparable to the Note9 which could take me through 2 days of fairly heavy use (FHD resolution). The cameras are very good and the new wide-angle lens is a great addition. There's a time-of-flight sensor (DepthVision) which has a companion app called Quick Measure which uses the sensor to measure spatial distances in realtime.Very coolBuild quality is good (as expected) and the rear colours are spectacular. I have Aura Black and unlike most black devices, this is gorgeous. It looks premium. The layout is nice and clean and I love the squared-off corners. The fingerprint scanner is under the screen and very accurate and pretty fast. I hit it most of the timeNothing I've tried has slowed it down and the only time it's got warm is using Power Share (very, very cool)

Have to say I'm very impressed with it it's an excellent phone. I was going to buy the Rog phone 2 but im glad I didn't because this has more than enough power for gaming.Mobile specs aren't really a contentious issue because quite often games don't take up that much memory on mobile (RAM).PLEASE NOTE (Pardon the pun):if you buy this and you see a flickering dot when calling it's worth noting that's the proximity sensor as I thought it was a dead pixel or something.TPU screen protectors are just as good although they don't provide super protection I'm using TPU now and it's fine.So positives:■ Features are incredible so many features□ The screen is mind blowing■ The price is cheap on herecompared to OR□ Size is big without being overly big■ Computer capabilities and connectivityNegatives:● The compatibility of glass screen protectors is hindered as the finger print scanner gets obstructed○ Screen replacement costs around 270 GBP (16/01/20)CONCLUSION:Dont be put of the ineffective screen protection as there are alternatives and I reccomend this phone wholeheartedly!

Wow what can I say, I had a note 4 and i thought that was good but the features on the Note10+ are amazing, the s-pen is even better than I remember, the screen and camera are jaw dropping, ok I'm not using the phone to its full potential but it is still early days and I'm excited to learn what else I can achieve with it, the screen write function has been a boon I've used it a couple of times but the point is that it was the only way to save the information I needed at the time, I love the phone but might be persuaded to upgrade to the Note 11+ 5g next year because it would be interesting to what it can do, but at the moment I'll keep enjoying what I've got in my hand, love it.

I bought my Note 10 Plus 5G last week and straight away when I used the S pen, It didn't work properly in a small area (2cmx2cm on the bottom right corner) like the pressure or the tilting sensitivity go wrong. You actually can see the little aim dot jumping away in that area in every app even Samsung's. I tried everything what possible, but its still the same. Car phone warehouse going to test it in few days after they got an update, and I hope I got an other because a Note without a proper S pen just worthless especially to me. I am using it every day since my note 8. Everything else is perfect!

It took lots of deliberation before splashing out such a large amount of money on a phone, however, after 2 weeks of use, I'm delighted that I did. Amazing display and, for such a large screen the actual footprint of the phone is not outlandish compared to most recent smart phones. I have found the S Pen to be very useful for note taking on the go, although have not used anywhere near all the functions that it is capable of. The phone is very fast to open and switch apps and I have found the battery life more than adequate for a full day of heavy usage. In summary, an outstanding phone!

9.9.2019

This is a great phone in every respect. It has the best screen of any phone, it's fast, the latest version of Samsung UI is brilliant and everything is so easy to use.The headphone jack is a huge talking point for some - I don't know why. The included headphones are fabulous - the sound quality is amazing. Dolby Atoms plus fine-tuning to your own ears? What more do you need!It really is the best Note yet, biggest memory, Ram, best, biggest screen etc. and yet the phone is no bigger and is actually lighter - despite a bigger battery.Just buy it, you won't regret it.

13.4.2020

This is a revised, updated review for this phone as my previous note 10 plus recently was not functioning properly and had issues. This is a new phone and I can now say I am more than happy with it. So far so good as it's not hanging and the screen is responsive, unlike the last one (even though I did a soft reset 3 times). The note 10 plus is powerful, a great size, has a 256gb storage capacity, the screen resolution is perfect and the S-pen is a great add on. Overall, another fantastic Samsung product I'd recommend. I made a good choice as I am very fussy.

19.9.2019

Although i bought my note 10+ direct from samsung i thought it would still be worth a mention here, i started some years ago with the note 4 then upgraded to the note 8 and now the note 10+, the build quality is superb and the features are great, this is not a phone for a small pocket thought! with a screen size of 6.8 inch its quite big, the only things that lets it down just a little and its no fault of the phone is the samsung DEX software that allows you to connect it to a pc/mac, the on-screen res is quite low but appart from that its all good.

So it's my third note and the gap between getting them is about right. I got the 5G cos I keep them for about two years before changing. So what's it like....fast, lots of memory, sdcard for more memory if ya need it, screen is massive, it feels like a quality phone, it is a quality phone. I am a noter, it has cut my work desk clutter down, great for hot deskers....Geekbench 4 score of 4527 single and 10502 multicores...oh it's good. Games and apps no problems so far...love it, so will you.

12.11.2019

I always have the current phones AND this phone and I have to tell you, it beats the others .The great thing about this phone is the way you can buy it through Argos on the finance plan which is 0% for 12 months in addition to that it’s an excellent phone with the longest battery life of any phone out there it is for a professional power user however the average personal love the camera and all the free apps that come using an android operating system I highly recommend the phone.

Been a hardcore Apple fan since the original iPhone so wanted a change and wow I have been blown away with the features, display, easy of use and plus swapping from IOS was made so easy from samsung smart switch. Really absolutely love this new handset and just thinking to myself what have I been doing all these years where there was better. New fan and staying with the galaxy range samsung keep up the great work and building these exceptional handsets. Absolutely love it

I love this phone. I run 3 small businesses at home and it's just perfect. The stylus allows you to write signatures on your invoices etc, and it is super fast. I haven't seen any slow down on any app or website as of yet. Battery life is good but expect performance to drop once you've installed plenty of apps on there that have background usage. It's got a mint 4K display, 60hz super fast screen and the colours are super accurate. Buy one, don't delay.
