This is an excellent case. I have used Apple's own smart case until now, but this is superior in my opinion. A perfect fit and quality item. As one reviewer mentioned, the cover does not fold completely back, but that is really only a minor issue. The picture on the wrapping shows the ipad standing portrait on the cover / stand. Why Kensington did that is beyond me, as it is totally impossible :). I would highly recommend this case and can assure you that you will happily live with the cover not folding back flat against the iPad's back. In fact I think it the slight crease fits neatly into your palm.

Bought the cover for iPad mini 2, but it covers the hole for the secondary mic at the back, don't know if this hinders performance as still picked up my voice for Siri, Just in case ( no pun intended) I decided to create a hole for the mic myself, wasn't easy to do and may have been pointless doing depending if the secondary mic improves anything over the original iPad which doesn't have this mic. I have decided to drop a star because of this.Gel case attaches well to the iPad mini 2 and is grippy and sturdy.

I like this cover.Pro'sMagnetic closure for the iPad's sleep function works well.Compact profile ideal for carrying in a messenger bag / handbag.Stand folds to a comfortable typing, viewing height.Case is lined to protect the back and front of the iPadCon'sCover doesn't fold over flat to the back of the iPad.No vertical position with this case. (as pictured)Unstable to use in the upright landscape position.I'm happy to recommend this cover and this seller.

Just what I wanted - decided I hate the covers everyone puts on - so went for this and tempered glass protector. One small gripe is it's a little difficult to get the charger in - but suspect that will loosen in time. It has a really nice and secure feel when holding - would recommend. As from bitter experience - only buy recognised brands, even if they cost a few pounds extra.

This case is for those who don't want to use Smart Cover first of all.I hate smart cover because it does not protect the bezel fully hence I wanted a back case which full protects the sides as well. This case does that. Great built quality as Kensington is a good make and fit is nice too. Front screen protector installed and it offers overall protection. Well recommended.

Although saying it was for iPad mini I bought it for my iPad mini 3 and it fits like a glove. Excellent quality, protects the iPad all the way (except the front of course) but it has a margin on the front that gives some extra millilitres, it has a rubber grip and feel. For the price and brand along with the quality - 5 stars. Thanks

A very practical and durable case. The picture said it all with a clear hard/rubbery case which protected your mini like a dream. Haven't dropped it yet thankfully so I wouldn't know if it fully protected the case. However the reason I haven't dropped it yet is the grippy sides and back of the case which surround the ipad.

quality item fits very well and looks great. i would prefer if it offered tougher protection on the corners though and if it did i would give it 5 stars. a little pricey compared to what else is out there.no complaints - it's a good bit of kit.

Having hinted that she needed a new iPad case , I knew that this one would be ideal.In fact my daughter was delighted with this stylish case . As this was slim not at all bulky and offered protection with the hard back and corners.

Compatible with the Apple smart case - and protects the back of the ipad mini well. It scratches easily, but I'd rather the case get scratched that the ipad itself!
