I was not sure whether to buy this or not as I had never played any of these 'mama' games before and one of the reviews said it was boring after a while. I decided to get it as it looked colourful, cute and fun. I'm glad I did buy it, it is just how I thought it looked, (colourful, cute and fun). Plenty of mini games to play which unlock different crops to grow, cute animals that ask you to grow crops they need for their shops, I find the game absorbing and I would recommend it.

Despite my daughter now being a teenager, she still loves the Cooking Mama franchise and the whole cutesy feel of this game is certainly appealing. Game play is quite limited but I suppose this is fine if you are a small child with a short attention span. The garden in the game does not expand a great deal but it is great for teaching time management, hand eye co-ordination and plant recoginition amongst other things :)

This is my go to game when my ptsd & depression are bad. I gave my old physical copy to my friend to see if she found it as helpful & fun as I did. I love it, I love the feel, the mechanics, the mini games. It's just positive and lovely.
