I have a son with Down Syndrome and bought this item to help with his home speech therapy. Firstly its not a snap game as there is one picture of each food item in the pack however there is every possible everyday food item that you could think of and the picture and word quality are excellent. My son and younger daughter loved it. The cards themselves are not child durable in that you have to put them up once used if hijacked as my daughter tends to do they can get damaged, Saying that the cardboard quality is fine. I intend purchasing a second pack for playing snap with my children. I would have to admit that they are the best I have seen even on the high streets for individual word andpicture food learning.

I am ordering another packet to play snap as one packet is too difficult for young children as it expects you to understand categories. Some cards like ice cream are ambiguous as could be dairy and sugar, so no good. I would rather play with two packs and match and apple to an apple, but just my opinion. Great quality, very fast delivery so very pleased.

Great for older children 7/8 +. The children also need to be away of different food groups eg, carbohydrates, proteins etc. They snap when the food groups or categories are the same. Great for leaning the different types of food, but children need to be taught this first before they play and might need adult help for the first few times.

I'm a massive fan of Green Board Games, and once again they have excelled themselves! I love Food Snap. Being a bit of a foodie meant I was instantly drawn to the product, and as I'd like to introduce my future children to the world of cooking, this will be perfect for it! Lots of fun and well worth the money!

I thought this was a great product with 52 different common foods on each card. We didn't use it as a game as intended (where you 'snap' based on matching food groups), rather as flash cards for my 1.5 year son to look at and recognise the different foods. Bright pictures, good quality and great value.

Great way to teach youngsters about the different food groups - might make them hungry while they're playing though! All the answers are included with the game so that if you're finding it difficult (you really might, it pushes you!), you can check to make sure that you're correct.

A clever and easy game to play with children to introduce them to aspects of diet and nutrition. The pairing also helps with speaking, communication, language, vocabulary, listening and attention as well as improving their co-ordination and responses to patterns and sequences.

Nice quality cards with nice colorful pictures. They have been forwarded to Japan to help children with their English classes to make them more fun.

A nice game. But it's not snap in the traditional sense, of 2 matching pictures. You 'snap' items from the same food groups.

My 2 year old loves this, didn't think this would keep him focus but it did. The colours are bright and pictures are big.
