I suffer from various health conditions that affect my Musculoskeletal areas and this product felt too heavy on my shoulders as soon as I placed it there. The instructions are to microwave for heat but I personally don't like to heat these type of products in microwaves, I prefer to just place it on top of my radiator; and compared to the gel pack I use at present, this one did not not reach the required heat temperature to alleviate my pain that my current one does.

Ordered two of these both leaked when used for first time. Very poor quality.
