With my shoe size 39 I have the problem "too big" unfortunately more often because 39 is at many manufacturers at the bottom of a multiple size. The size 39/40 is too big for me with this falcon model, so that the heel is not at all where it should sit and therefore the socks throws wrinkles in this area, which I do not want to have in my hiking boots. Therefore, I only wore the socks once in my hiking holiday. Even at the front in the toe area, they are rather large and wide cut. Material and other workmanship are expected to be good, but I was annoyed about the size and so the socks are unfortunately not acceptable for me. I would have ordered 37/38 better.

These socks are pure disappointment. I noticed absolutely nothing of the cooling effect: a cling film around the feet would have been cooler and drier. I had wet and warm feet when I arrived on the train. After the hike I had several blisters on each foot (heel, sole and front edge of the foot), which is certainly due to the constantly wet feet and the slipping within the socks.

Sweaty feet after a few hours of walking. It is a crippling criterion for me. Otherwise, if it's just for everyday use, my times are comfortable ... The cutter is good for me.
