I feel this pair of cushioned socks is a bit tight. My size for your reference: I normally wear size 3, but this one claim to fit size 2.5 to 8 . I feel overall the socks are very breathable and lightweight. They are cushioned on the heels and your feet balls. I think the quality is great, but just feel it is a bit tight. I have washed in the laundry machine. So far they didn’t change shape or colour

These have lasted years... I means about 4 years. They are nearly impossible to wear out. They have carried me through weekly training runs and races - 10ks and 10 miles and half marathons and I never got a blister. They may seem expensive but they will last.I don't tumble dry them so they have kept their shape and size. Love them...

These socks seem true to size. A comfortable fit and additional layers in the areas most needing support. L and R for getting on the correct foot. Just a cardboard sleeve so no unnecessary plastic wrapping.

After trying a lot of different types of socks I have settled on these. They are very comfortable and my feet don't get hot in them as with other brands. I wouldn't run in anything else now.
