The guitar is not particularly well packed and the 5-way switch arrived bent. There were two hairline cracks in the lacquer on the body either side of the bolt-on neck. The guitar looked good but the action out of the factory is set high. Having lowered the action the strings started to buzz because the frets were not level. The nut is incorrectly cut causing the strings to go out of tune when fretted on the first fret. There was not sufficient adjustment on the bridge to allow for correct intonation. The top E string was very close to the edge of the fret board due to the bridge being mounted incorrectly.In the end I returned the guitar to Amazon for a full refund. I bought a Yamaha Pacifica 012,
