Looks good, and the touch-free sensor is probably never going to stop being fun in a silly way to use.Three things though --a) The sensor needs 6 AA batteries, which is not mentioned when buying, so add them to the shopping cart.b) The bin liners that are regularly purchased with this are code D - but, the bin needs code F bin liners, so I guess there are a lot of annoyed people (me included) buying the bin with liners that don't fit properly. That it doesn't come with a few bin liners included to get you started is irritating as well.c) Not the bin's fault, but Amazon delivered it inside another box, so that's two huge cardboard boxes and packaging to throw away,

The bin opening and closing seems to work fine and I've had no issues with it. There are two main reasons why I think there are design flaws with it though.When it comes to emptying the bin, you have to manually take off the lid which can be a pain and you have to stand at the side otherwise the bin will open as you go to take off the main lid and there are no easy handle grips.There are no sensors inside the bin opening to register your hand (or anything else) so if you have a lot to put in to the bin you have to keep *waving* over the sensor to keep the bin open as you put stuff in it.

I've had this for over six months now. It has been great! There has not been any point where it has not worked, the sensor works fantastically and every time without a hiccup. It looks good in my kitchen and has a good capacity. Compared to bins with a foot peddle it is not priced much higher but is extremely convenient for the layout of my kitchen to not have to use a foot peddle and can just hover my hand over the bin for it to open. Would definitely recommend.

Top quality product. Best bin ever in terms of sturdiness and build. costly but still very happy with it. Separate bin for recycling is superb, easy to clean, easy to take out the bin bag, and the sensor is more intelligent than many other bins. The option for manual override of the sensor is superb when you know you’ll need the bin to be open for long.Strongly recommended!

OMG what a great bin, you will not find another one like it for the price. Twin pull out bins for easy emptying and not too big or small. Hard to find the original bags for it but the 30L bags from any supermarket fits.You get about 10 seconds to put your rubbish in it before the lid closes or if you press the open button it stays open until you press close.

The EKO Recycle Phantom Sensor Bin 2x20L is very well made, solid construction and looks great in the kitchen. The sensor means that you don’t need to touch the lid to open. Battery operated. Two bin as great to split waste and recycling materials.

Great bin, although was out of stock for a while. Perfect size and great looking product. No dents and working fine. Would recommend this bin to anyone wanting a compact dual bin and recycling bin. Love the no touch opening and closing mechanism.

Good quality bin, the sensors work very well and it’s a pleasure to use a bin which opens itself. And it’s very handy to have separate inner compartments for general waste and recycling. It’s not cheap but my opinion is that it’s worth it.

Great bin. The novelty of waving my hand to open the bin has worn off a bit until I’m at my girlfriend’s place when I am reminded that is is a great feature. Also, I like that it is a fairly compact bin that you can split out recycling.

It’s a great quality bin ideal for a kitchen on the smaller size. The bins are long and thin so aren’t massive, but we have a compost bin so we don’t have too much waste.

This bin is great... half for general waste and half for recycling. Perfect size for where it needed to go in the kitchen. I call it my “magic bin”... love it!

I wanted a product that would simplify my kitchen recycling demands but be slim enough not to take over the floor space available. This product does that.

The bin arrived in perfect condition. It fits perfectly in a small kitchen. It is easy to use and I love the automatic sensor.

Great bin but arrived with a dent in. Decided to keep it dispute the dent but would expect more when paying £100+ for a bin.
