It works, doesn’t break. The sensor doesn’t force the lid to close if rubbish is in the way. I’ve had It for quite some time and have not had to change the batteries.

Ideal for a small household, three of us, recycling bin needs emptying more frequently than rubbish. Nice and slim though which is why I chose it.

Works well, good size, love the fact its duel rubbish and recycling. Just wish the official bin liners were cheaper
