I am so pleased with these I bought two, they are a simple and understated design but are very elegant with a very pleasing build quality, the frosted glass shade is very sturdy and heavy but the base is perfectly weighted. I am especially pleased that these lamps take a standard Edison light bulb and not the smaller golfball/candle type bulb that most table lamps take, as I wanted lamps for some LIFX colour changing smart bulbs and the "Day & Dusk" feature works really well.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of this, it looks taller than the picture and the long glass frosted shade gives a lovely softened light. This works great with a smart bulb fits an E27 so you can get a decent 10w (60w equivalent) in this lamp rather than the usual E14 bulbs that are usually up to 40w equivalent only - so pretty good for a bedside lamp for reading etc. The only thing is the cable is a clear style cable which may not be for everyone.

It replaced another lamp, on a side table, transferred the bulb over and it was actually brighter. So bought a new, lower lumen bulb and put the old one back in the other lamp. I should mention that the bulbs we use in the lounge are 'warm' but the shade on this lamp makes the a bit 'cooler' looking. Not unpleasant but it is noticeable.Overall 100% pleased.

These lamps are fab, look much more expensive than they actually are. They have a kind of boutique hotel look and feel to them. Using the recommended bulbs they give off a really bright light and it's actually surprising how effectively they light the room. Simple to assemble and good quality. Very happy with another Argos purchase!

This lamp is lovely, very nice colour when lit, not too bright just right with a 40W bulb. Looks very slim and tall which I wanted for my small bedside tables. Perfect!

It is a modern looking, easy to assemble and functional table lamp. Build quality is good for the price.

I thought it would've been bigger but I am not disappointed, it looks good on my coffe table.
