I love this. So far I've made blueberry muffins and financiers in it several times -- they simply cook much better and don't stick. I can literally dump out the blueberry muffins. Financiers are extra sticky because of the egg whites - they did get slightly stuck without a little butter and flour (once putting that on to start, I can dump these out too). With my other mold, removal is always a chore, leaving some of what I cooked left behind, and often ugly results.The lack of rigidity makes this mold harder to handle getting in and out of the oven - the instructions say to not put it on a cookie sheet, and given how things brown when directly on the rack, I believe this.

Nothing else to say. These molds are the same as used by professional bakers and the results show! They offer perfect caramelization on the underside of the product and NEVER stick. I love these. Place the mold on a wire cooling rack then slide it in the oven for best results as the silicone molds are a bit flaccid and tend to sag when sliding into a hot oven. Happy baking!
