I love this tin! My cakes never turn out very well, but I am fascinated by these tins, and yesterday I made my usual gingerbread recipe in my new tin. Couldn't believe how well it turned out! i warmed the tin and slathered it in butter, and the cake turned out without a problem - it was delicious, too. Delighted! I may have to lash out on another one...

I love it! It's an investment but it will last a lifetime. So lovely and heavy weight. Feels like pure quality and the the resulting cake is so beautiful.
