Spring and summer are in the air when working with this awesome beauty of a pan. So unique and easy to make butterfly cakes and the challenge of decorating them is next to none. I had my grandkids decorate these for birthdays and Mothers'Day. Received loads of compliments and these made a very eventful event so special. A must have to welcome in Spring!

This cake tin makes a beautiful cake. I had to bake it a little longer than the recipe called for (but it was a dense mix!), and I'd recommend really, really greasing the tin extremely well, as the antenna stuck on my first attempt. Well worth the hassle of baking it all over again, though! Lovely.
