I first bought one of these from a French super marketto make small loafs of bread. Trying to find another, after a few years was impossible until, I found these on Amazon. They are super and easy to use and clean. I use them for making 'Garlic Ciabbata bread', delicious with a olive oil & balsamic dip or with hot camebert.I do not have a video only a photo which I am unable to load as these, evidently are not acceptable.

I'm very happy about my purchase, the silicone is thick and obviously of a very good quality. The cakes don't stick at all, and it's easy to wash. I followed the recommendation of slightly greasing it for the first use only, and to add a bit of flour in case some of the moulds are left empty to protect them. I don't regret chosing this one instead of cheaper ones. It makes nice mini cakes of about 7cm x 3cm (x2.5cm high).
