After buying a new PC I was left with little money and ended up buying this budget mouse and keyboard bundle. And for the price, they are certainly very good. The mouse is very light and slides easily across my mouse mat. All the buttons on it including the two programmable buttons on the side work really well and I haven't had any problems with them. Personally I don't use the dpi button but some users might find it useful. The mouse also looks very nice when it is lit up and doesn't look or feel cheap or low quality. The only thing really that lets this mouse down though is the wheel. It has become quite squeaky which can be very annoying, and if my hands get sweaty playing games on hot days my fingers have a tendency to slip on the mouse wheel. This isn't so much down to the material but more the direction of the groves. The only other problem with the mouse is that I have found it not to work on most surfaces other than a mouse mat.The keyboard in my opinion, is a bit better than the mouse and feels of higher quality. This is partly down to it being quite heavy which stops it from moving around on my desk when I am typing. The keys are also very satisfying to press down and feel really nice, although they are quite loud. I don't mind this so much but other users who use skype a lot might find that their friends start complaining about the constant sound of keys. The backlighting on the keyboard also looks really good and doesn't become dimmer when viewed at different angles, although the letters on the keys can be quite hard to read when it is switched off but this shouldn't really be a problem. I have also found the volume buttons quite handy when playing games and watching videos because you don't have to exit full screen.Overall, very good value for money and highly recommended for anyone working on a budget. Must say this is the best budget gaming keyboard and mouse bundle I've come across. I've used high end mechanical and laser stuff from Corsair and Razor as well as cheaper stuff from Zalman and various other companies having been a former LAN centre owner.I'm not a fan of fancy buttons and what not so a gaming keyboard with simple layout and a mouse with a couple of extra buttons are ideal. The price made me wary but being Coolermaster I had high hopes.I am not disappointed the keyboard feels "almost mechanical" it's built from quality plastics and feels more like a mid range to expensive brand. It has decent weight so doesn't move and will easily last a few years.Windows 7 64bit ultimate detected it first time and all keys worked. The cord is nice and long and it looks good with it's blue LED glow against my blue case fans. The LEDs are nice and bright and the key presses feel good they are responsive and there is no delay input or problems gaming. All keys map on the games I've tested and I tested using Elite Dangerous, Dirty Bomb and Minecraft. The only downside is keys are hard to see without the LEDs on.The mouse feels a little cheaper made but it's not going to fall apart. The DPI seems very good and I had to turn down the sensitivity a little on my steel series mouse pad. All the buttons work and the blue LED glow again is very nice. I found my aim has improved slightly on shooters.Seriously if you want to spend under £80 this is the bundle for you.

This is a fantastic bundle that I use everyday for gaming (mainly Counter Strike). The keyboard is a brilliant purchase for the budget gamer. It is non-mechanical, but Cooler Master's custom membrane keys are responsive and have a great feel, quite similar to a real mechanical keyboard. The blue LEDs look great and are a great addition to a blue-themed build (like my own) or to any desktop. The media keys are useful and are a nice addition. Personally I favor the ISO layout this keyboard has rather than the ANSI layout (ANSI has a smaller enter key and a larger shift). The LEDs are visible and are good looking, neither too bright or too dim. My only problem with it would be that when the LEDs are off the keys are almost unreadable, however this is a very minor gripe as I never turn them off anyway. The mouse is similar very good. It is ergonomic and comfortable to use, even after those long gaming sessions. The blue LED lit detail and scroll wheel look great and add real character to the bundle. The mouse has two extra buttons on the left side, which are perfectly placed for my thumb. The DPI setting is useful as I like to use different DPI between gaming and browsing. The clicks with the mouse are not soft or spongy like other mice I have used, they are responsive and make this mouse a joy to use.Overall a great bundle and definately one to pick up if you need a cheap, but well built, good looking and responsive mouse and keyboard. 10/10

(DISCLAIMER - Whilst I am a gamer, I am by no means a keyboard enthusiast - So keep in mind I can't compare to high-quality rgb mechanical keyboards)I've had these products for little over a year now, and they've held up pretty well. Both the keyboard (K) and mouse (M) are still working as they did they day I bought them. However, the scroll wheel on the M has begun to creak a bit, as have the enter/space keys on the K. This is only if you press them in a certain way though, so I can live with it.One thing that has bugged me since the beginning is that the back-lighting on the K is toggled by the scroll lock. I've gotten used to having to turn the lights on every time I boot up now,but it would have been nice to not have to. The scroll lock being tied to the back-lighting has only come up to bite me in the arse a few times, but it's a pain nevertheless. The shapes of both the M&K are comfortable. The keys on the K are sloped slightly and are nice to press. I've never used a mechanical keyboard before, but from descriptions I've read I imagine its a similar feeling. The M is easy to grip and accidental clicks have been few and far between which is always good.Overall, I would recommend if you're on a budget. They've lasted me this long with no major mishaps. However, if you can spare more for each then consider a set with better lighting features.

I purchased this bundle yesterday and ordered it for next day delivery. I received the package about 40 minutes ago, a little later than I expected but there was no time specification so I can't complain.Firstly, the packaging was really nice. The design and feel was overall great, no complaints there.I took the mouse and keyboard out and set it all up, the first thing I noticed was that when the LEDs are turned off on the keyboard, the numbers, letters and symbols are hard to see, but that's not too big of a deal. Also the keyboard is a little loud, and not in a satisfying "mechanical keyboard" way, it kinda sounds like an old, membrane keyboard. The mouse looks and feels great, the blue LEDs are a great touch to the overall design and it feels very smooth. The two side buttons unfortunately feel a little too stiff and cheap for my liking, but I'll hardly be using them so that's fine.Overall the only complaints I have is the loudness of the keyboard, I may have to switch it out for another in the future as I'll be gaming a lot and the switches feel a little too big and sluggish. But then again I guess you can't complain at £24.70.

I got this keyboard and mouse bundle yesterday (Shipped with great one day delivery). My use with it so far is absolutely amazing. I previously had a wireless mouse and keyboard that came with my computer (Not meant for gaming xD). But already I have improved in CS:GO thanks to this bundle.Mouse:The DPI button on the mouse means I can switch on the fly so I can get the best aiming ability in any situation! And on top of that there are two buttons on the side of the mouse that are very handy to set key binds to whilst gaming. The mouse has a very nice padded feel and is even perfect for normal office use due to the ergonomicity of it.Keyboard:The keyboard is a whole new experience.I assumed I was just buying a standard membrane keyboard but the keys on this feel almost mechanical. The lights are very good and have a nice drop through effect along with the light switch (in this case the scroll lock key) being very convenient.Overall this keyboard is brilliant even for those gamers who have all the latest Razer products at crazy prices- this one is cheap giving it a real edge!

Both the keyboard and mouse are very well built. The keyboard operation is smooth and easy to both type quickly on as well as game on. The blue lighting is strong and really stands out in a darker room. With the lighting off, the keys look plain black with the characters difficult to read, even in a well lit room. The back lighting can be turned on and off using the Scroll Lock key and herein lies the problem. Toggling the lighting also toggles the status of Scroll Lock meaning the lights have to be off when using Excel (otherwise you can't scroll around your spreadsheet). The mouse is equally well built, sturdy with additional navigation buttons on the left side of the mouse. The scroll wheel spins slightly too fast for my comfort but is does have a knurled rubber grip ensuring accuracy. There is also a button that can dynamically change the DPI (how fast the mouse pointer moves around) by pressing it to change through the three in built settings. It's location means it can be hit whilst gaming and it'd have been nice to see this located somewhere more out of the way.

Although not as klacky as a real mechanical keyboard it has a good compromise between a standard keyboard and mechanical one, the build quality is superb and has a surprisingly premium feel for both the keyboard and mouse, the mouse is very accurate, but it is quite large and has hard edges which some may find uncomfortable after extended use.I looked at some of the other reviews and noticed that people were getting Russian/Czech layouts instead of the UK one and assumed that there must have been a mix up with a certain batch of these and people who ordered around the time were just unlucky, but having ordered on the 30th of July I have also received a CZ version but I am unsure why the one star reviews over something so minor, all of the letters are still in English with only a few extra smaller non-English characters appearing next to the number keys, if you have UK layout selected in the Operating System's settings then the keyboard works in the same way as any other UK keyboard does, I really wouldn't say it was worth sending the set back to Amazon over it.

I purchased this keyboard / mouse combo for a gaming PC I created. I will list pro's and con's for the product.Keyboard -Pro's-- UK Layout.- Has six keys on the top which can be re-purposed in order to use as macro keys.- Blue LED's are a good colour but not overpowering and easy to switch off.- Easy USB setup. Plug and play.- Mechanical feel.Con's-- The space bar is a little squeeky- Number lock turns off everytime the PC is turned off- There is a gloss finish where under the space bar which can develop quite a lot of finger print marks.Mouse -Pro's-- Nice fit in the hand.- The DPI button is easy to use during games.- The DPI settings are good with a normal mode and two faster modes.- Twobuttons on the side of the mouse are easy to use.Con's- The surface can pick up finger prints sometimes- I sometimes accidentally press the buttons on the sideI really struggled to find con's for the mouse however there was two. Hope this review helped.

A very nice gaming keyboard considering the price!I have had it for 8 months now and it has been very consistent throughout. The LED back lights look stunning in a dark room and it's perfect for chill gamers. The keys feel different with more of a tactile response than any other normal keyboard. However there are a few problems to consider if you are wanting to buy this. Firstly the keys can get very dirty. If you clean it with all-surface wipes I'm sure it they will go. The space bar is very loud and feels wobbly compared to the other keys. If you have slightly small fingers and want to hotkey on games then i wouldn't recommend the keyboard due to the spacing between the keys.I could not reach "N" which i set as a hotkey. But maybe that's just because my hands are really small. Overall a very good keyboard for those who don't really care about spacing and grease marks.I hope you found this review helpful

Bought this to replace my dying Microsoft wireless set, decided that I would get higher quality at the same price if I'm not paying for wireless, and I'm not disappointed, the keyboard and mouse both feel well made, the light on the keyboard is brilliant, especially in the dark when I wouldn't normally be able to see what I'm, typing, and there's a certain satisfaction when I press a key the keys feel clunky, but in a good way if that makes sense. The only thing I was mildly annoyed about was there are a couple of keys that aren't where they say they are, they seem to be labelled slightly wrong, but seen as I know roughly where they would be anyway, it's not been much of a problem for me,just others that don't know the keyboard as well have struggled a bit, this is however probably my fault for not researching properly before buying, given the chance, I'd still buy this again, brilliant set for the price!

I really like this keyboard. I am rating it 4 stars instead of 5, because for some bizarre reason, you can only activate the light by using the Scroll-Lock key. This seems innocent enough until you use any kind of software which cares if the scroll-lock key is pressed. The whole idea of using the scroll-lock key seems absolutely bonkers to me, because they've added media keys (volume up/down, play/pause, previous/next track) - so why not add a "light on/off" key also? Mental. When the light is off, it is *incredibly* difficult to read the keys, unless you are in a very brightly lit room / area.Apart from this, the keyboard is a good size, comfortable to use, feels great to type with, and is spacious enough to type comfortably.(I just wish they'd fix this scroll-lock issue and maybe send me a new one once they've fixed it........)

This keyboard is EXCELLENT! While I haven't had a need for the mouse as I prefer wireless; it's build quality is superb along with the keyboard's itself. The backlight is very visible in both dark and direct sunlight. It's weighty, but it's worth it for the amazing support it provides. Media keys work great, the separate F-keys are nice and the feedback is excellent! Difficult to use without the backlight, as the writing on the keys are not very visible with it off, but if there was one complaint I had about the keyboard, it would be the spacebar. It squeaked and made a noise every time I hit another key with a bit of force. I found it was MUCH better once I removed the two springs from underneath the spacebar. It removed the noise and the feedback is much better without them. But it is still the best keyboard I've ever owned.

A fantastic keyboard and mouse. The keys are completely solid when pressed and you can tell right away it was designed for repetitive key bashing in mind. The back-lit keyboard for me is the best feature. Each individual key is clearly illuminated and looks really cool in the dark. Comes in especially handy when you're watching movies and playing games with the lights off and you need quick access to specific hotkeys. The mouse is really good as well. The contours mold perfectly with the hand and fingers for optimal interfacing and clicking. Handy buttons are placed on the mouse for navigating and a convenient button allows you to change the mouse sensitivity on a dime.Overall I'm really pleasedwith this bundle and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a really decent gaming mouse and keyboard combo.

Positive:Keyboard and mouse finish and quality is very good.lighting nice and bright.Silent when pressing key.Usb wire nice and long.volume keys and media keys on keyboard.Small palm rest for when typing.Price for value.Negatives:Space bar bit clingy when pressed.Mouse led stays on until mains closed.Reflective glossy finish looks stained after touching.OverallNothing major bad with the keyboard.Amazing price.I would give it 5 stars if mouse led powered off when powering off the pc.I have done a review on youtube do check it out as you will see how it looks and if its right for you or not.heres the link for the video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1yz-HS6praEI have used it for a couple of days.its my own and personal opinion on the keyboard and mouse.
