AMMENDMENT: I contacted the seller after writing the original review (below) and they were absolutely amazing. They went all out to rectify the problem for me. 2 days after speaking with them, I received 3 hook mount plates. The chandaliers are now up and look fantastic, specially with the vintage bent tip filament led bulbs I've used for them. I couldn't be happier. They are the perfect finishing touch for my shabby chic look. I'm now thinking of getting 2 more for the hall and landing.I recommend these sellers and these chandaliers 100%ORIGINAL REVIEW: I decided to give my house a Shabby Chic makeover so I bought 3 of these lights in May for the 3 bedrooms.

Am very happy with my purchase. It took a while to put together and labeled well so straight forward. Think it was easy to put up as my partner done it without any hicups.

I love it! Simple to put together and for the the money it looks good. I’ve put it at the top of my stairs and it twinkles and lights up the stairway quite well.
