I love this clock. It is perfect for my little one who is learning to sleep on his own in his room. The sleeping boy light helps him see whether it is time to wake up. He absolutely loves it and if he wakes up at night he will check if the boys is sleeping or awake and decides to get out of the bed. It is also a learning clock so when my son learns to tell the time, it will be most useful.I just can,t fault this clock. It is just the kind of thing I was looking for.Added advantage is that it comes in a U.K. Plug. I have seen other reviewers complain about European plug, but my one came with UK plug.I also ordered the condition-new like which is sold from Amazon warehouse and I was pleasently surprised that it was perfectly new.

Great idea, my son had been waking early and shouting out or getting up. Had this clock for 6 months and has solved the problem. The only problem we found is that occasionally the alarm goes off unexpectedly. For example it could be set for 7.00. we activate the alarm when he goes to bed at 7.30 and it's gone off at 7.45pm! It doesn't always happen and we have got round it by not switching the alarm on until we've gone to bed later in the evening. It has the option of only having the sun come up with no alarm sound (which we do on a weekend) or having an alarm sound as well (which we use on school days).
