As a lucky owner of a BT Homehub3, dreadful range and frequent drops of connection were aplenty before, even in the same room. I currently run this WAP into a Cisco switch which then leads into my HomeHub before the MODEM and thus WAN: The range has greatly expanded with a very reliable connection. While the HomeHub did freak-out at first, a quick reboot fixed the issue and everything works flawlessly together; after disabling the HomeHub's own WiFi, I haven't looked back. While the WAP works great, the WebUI is a little clunky and leaves you not much time for thinking before being asked to log in once again - which can be annoying; still, the UI is still quite intuitive, being easy to navigate, and does its job. It is a shame that the 5Ghz's price-slope is so steep.Future plans: Hook this and my Cisco switch up to my Ubuntu computer/server, running pfSense or Untangle within a virtual machine.

I bought these to help me setup a small wireless network around my home. Cisco isn't renowned for it's usability but these routers aren't too bad to setup. One nice feature is that you can give a group name to the first access point that you setup and when you put another one onto the network, you tell it the same group name and it will automatically get all of the settings from the first router. From that point on they are managed as a single entity.I did have a few niggles configuring them but they weren't horrible to sort. It's worth remembering that this is an access point only - not a router so it can't connect to your ADSL or Cable modem directly - you will need a router for that.I wasalso a little surprised that they don't seem to support 5Ghz but I needed range rather than speed so that doesn't matter overly to me.

Hooked two off these up to a NETGEAR GS308Pusing PoE and they provide good coverage throughout my home on a single SSID. I may add a third for attic rooms once I've had these running for a few weeks. Setup was fairly straightforward, but I recommend using Bonjour (or possibly DNS-SD plugins for Firefox & Chrome) as finding the IP can be a pain. Use the setup wizard and you're up and running in a few minutes. Adding a second is even quicker.

I installed this to replace a couple of other units. This proved very easy to set up and I bought a second one. They are both wired into the network and together work brilliantly, producing an integrated wifi system. This did everything I expected and very easily. This was more expensive, but definitely worth the money.

I bought these for a large residential installation after constant problems with TP-LINK TL-WA830RE range extenders. Since installation (several months ago) they've not failed once and all complaints have stopped. Definitely recommended. I fact, I'm about to buy some more.

Instantly solved a problem I had with another brand beginning with T. Excellent access point. No conflict problems of any type. Better than my old Belkin Pre-N which was so far ahead of the curve when I bought it 5 years ago. Highly recommend.

We got 16 of these installed on our business and there performance is excelent and very easy to install. The cloud setup makes it so easy to do any changes needed as you only need to access them from one access point.

Works flawlessly. Have not had to reboot it since I installed it about a month ago. Easy installation and setup. Lots of advanced configuration options if required.

Great little Access Point, does the job and can be easily configured to work with other devices as an addition to your network.

Very easy to setup via Web GUI. Supports multiple VLANs and SSIDs which is great for a guest VLAN. Very small as-well.

Not bad but the software is a pain to load. You'll need internet explorer.
