I already own the 5 piece set of this range, additional skillets and the chefs pan; this stock pot's size really completes my pan set now, being large enough to boil large batches of veggies and potatoes, this pan's size and performance is nothing short of brilliant. We have an induction hob and this was my main reason for buying Circulon Infinite, they work brilliantly on induction or indeed any type of hob.The pan measures 24cm across and roughly 17.5cm high.To sum up the things I love about the Circulon Infinite range:- Their non-stick properties are excellent, we’ve not had anything stick yet to any of our Circulon pans- You can put them in the oven thanks to their handles being oven proofentirely as made from stainless steel – oven safe up to 240 degrees Celsius.- They hand wash very well and moreover are very easy to clean: this stock pot is new but our other set is coming up to 2 years old and they honestly look as good as the day we bought them but we have never put them through the dishwasher, though they are dishwasher safe it is recommended to hand wash (as it is with any high quality cookware). All in all I am extremely impressed with Circulon Infinite and sincerely prefer them over our Le Creuset pans and cast iron set. No criticisms whatsoever, if you enjoy cooking and need the volume this stock pot provides then it will be a welcome addition to your kitchen as it has been ours.

I first came across this range of cookware via Amazon having trailed around many stores and compared prices. I jumped straight in and bought most of the range in one order. I have not regretted it. This oookware is fantastic. It is good looking and so enhances your kitchen appearance, the non-stick coating is tough and therefore easy to clean. The cookware goes through the dishwasher with ease and comes up looking brand new. To cook with it is a joy and it is as happy on gas as it is with electric. I have been so pleased with it that I have been adding to my set and will continue to do so. The cost is very reasonable for the quality you are receiving. The instructions for keeping the cookware looking good are easy to follow and all-in-all I would never go back to any other brand of cookware. Excellent value for money, excellent quality, excellent design. The stockpot is very handy for one-pot cooking for the family and for slow-cooking on the hob. The design is such that it can be taken from hob to table without lowering the appearance of the rest of your table setting.

After recently moving house and installing an induction hob, I trawled the internet looking for not only pans that would be suitable for my new induction hob, but also good sturdy and non-stick pans that I could use year after year.I found the Circulon range and decided upon the Circulon Infinite range as they were suitable for induction hobs, were non-stick and dishwasher safe. These were the main things I was looking for so was pleased to find what I was looking for.I have used them for around two weeks now and must say I am very happy with the day to day use. I use them for cooking soups, pasta's, curries etc and am amazed by the heat they generate quickly and efficiently.I also love the non-stick ability of the pans and how easy they are to clean. Most going in the dishwasher (slim dishasher too) and coming out perfectly clean.I cannot recommend these pans more highly. They are heavy pans, but don't be put off by this if you are serious about your cooking and want pans that will last for many, many years.

This cookware may be a bit heavy and expensive, (I just bought a whole set) but they are the pans you'd probably see in a restaurant or hotel kitchen. If you are serious about cooking, or you just want to do beans on toast, these pots and pans, do the biz. Because I was more used to my old set, I keep forgetting to use a mitt of some sort to pick up the pans, as they can get very hot (they have metal handles), but after a couple of burns, you tend to remember! But then there's another good reason to use an oven mitt....all the cookware can be used on anything, including Induction and then put straight into the oven, up to Gas Mark 9! When you let the pans cool, they can then go into the dishwasher,a definite bonus. My set of 'Morphy Richards' lasted about ten years, but these 'Circulon Infinte' pans are guaranteed for life.......I'll be dead before they are knackered!Recommended for junior and senior cooks/chefs alike.

I have got this giant pot 2 years ago from my friends. We are using it very often on electric stove. Teflon did't get single scratch (we use only Teflon friendly tools) it is like brand new. Handles don't get to hot unless covered filled up with 6-7l of soup. We cook there all sauces for chilli con carne(vegetarian), lasagne and all the curries. Even if cook just two portions. It doesn't splash around. It does not burn the food. Onions, papers, mushrooms, courgettes and garlic get nicely fried. I like using a bit of olive oil or butter for good nutrition and better flavour. Now we am buying the set of cookware. We use it even in oven. Quality is almost better then you can imagine. The outer finish is not that black as on the picture. It has very brown-grey matt colour. Update: 2015 six years ago it was brand new now it looks the same. Amazing. Do not use it so often as my five piece set that is almost as good as this.

I have owned this stockpot for over 12 months now. I have used it on gas, induction and electric hot plates and it works superbly on all three. I use it for cooking soy milk, soup, stew, making chilli beans and even popcorn. I am terrible at burning things and have on a few occasions left this on while making chilli beans until there is no water left and still no burning. It’s a fantastic pot which I highly recommend. If you are using gas the handles will get hot if you have the gas up to high, but I think this means you need to turn the flame down as it should not be surpassing the outer ridge of the base of your pot anyway. The only down side is that you cannot see through the metal lid.And it is a little heavy for me (being sick and weak) to lift, but it is hard anodized with fantastic build and strength so that is price you have to pay.

I really love the Circulon Infinite range and this stockpot is no exception! They not only look great and feel robust, but the heat distribution is perfect and it seems impossible to burn anything in the pans. Cleaning them is actually a pleasure since a quick rinse under the tap usually removes most food deposits. The only issue I have is with the smallest frying pan that Circulon make, which I bought from an online shop. This has rapidly lost it's non-stickyness after about 10 months of regular use of mainly frying bacon & sausages. I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt despite reading some bad reviews online and may order a replacement.I guess low heat frying is the answer with these pans.

When we changed to an induction hob I spent some time looking at the alternatives and decided as I had used the circulon range in aluminum for may years and they had always given great service without any signs of wear I made the decision and bought a set. They are brilliant non stick is excellent, let them cool then straight in the dishwasher and as good as new.I have built up my set over the last year as they can be a little expensive but you get what you pay for quality and efficiency. Just bought the stock pot today to finish the collection.

Absolutely terrific cookware. Great for spuds, rice, etc... but also for slowcooking stew or chilli and developing a rich flavour. Deglazes nicely if you want to brown anything in and then top up with liquid. It is quite heavy but this helps it to heat evenly and stay warm for some time after turning off the heat. The handles are very very securely attached and it gives you the idea that this may indeed be the last pot of its type you ever need. Looks very nice in my kitchen as well!

This cat got the cream. A lovely stockpot that efficiently absorbs he heat from our induction hob and delivers it to the liquid contents. The lid fits with a firm push that reflects the tight tolerances of manufacture. The handles feel as though you could lift anything you could possibly want to put in the pot without even flexing. The non-stick coating looks the same as our roasting tin which has never had anything stick to it - I just haven't boiled anything dry yet to test it.

Another great product.Excellent pot for making soup plenty big enough for a decent batch. Total no stick and easy to clean. Circilon are by far the best value for money bar none. It really doesn't matter what pan you buy they are amazing. Probably one of the best kept secrets of the utensil world. It doesn't matter what type of cooking you do but if you want great results every time you need Circilon. Total five stars buy with comfedence you will not be disappointed

7.2.2016

As with all Circulon products this huge pan is built to last and is of the highest quality; the base is thick, heavy and even, the finish is perfect, the handles are rivetted on so they will never come loose, the lid fits to the millimetre and the whole pan is exquisitely balanced and handles well. Ideal for stock, ragout, big servings of vegetables or spaghetti for a thousand. Never sticks, never burns and cleaning is easy, always. Couldn't be bettered.

With induction cooker plates my main problem has been fat and water splatter making the induction hob go into error mode. I needed something with high sides and with a non-stick, easy clean high heat container capable of everything from frying to boiling. This shows great promise - only time will tell if the non stick surface will last.It makes my style of cooking far simpler and with less requirement for extended clean up sessions. But it is expensive.

Got this for my sister because I already have one. Use it for soups and curry's. Very easy to clean, you can get a much cheaper pan but 'Circulon' is a brillient product. I think it's well worth the cost, I have had mine for a couple of years and it still looks as good as new!! Other well known makes have not lasted as well. It arrived quickly from Amazon [as usual] I have nothing neg. to say about this sauce-pan.

21.9.2016

It's all in the headline. This pan is beautifully finished, great quality it feels robust and the non stick coating feels absolutely solid. The capacity is very large so huge stews and pots of home made soup can all be done in this pan. It's great to have the volume to make several hearty meals in one pot. One pot cooking is convenient and can be so tasty, this is definitely the pan for the job.
