As other reviews have said this wok in not branded nor is the packaging, however it does come with a little booklet on care from Invicta & Invicta has a foundry in France that manufacture Chasseur Woks, so I don't doubt that it is a genuine Chasseur Wok. The quality of the wok is very good & the price paid was excellent. It took a week to arrive but I expected this as it came over from Amazon Germany.I have used the Wok twice & still getting used to it, I previously cooked on a traditional Carbon Steel Wok. The reason I decided to purchase this one was that I seem to get through one Carbon wok a year just because I end up slightly warping the bottom on my Electric plate cooker.

I have one of these woks which I bought from a local shop.It takes some getting used to as it has to be oiled and washed by hand to retain it's quality and cooking capability.I've had this for over 10 years now and looking to replace the base and so pleased that it comes without a lid.My original one is only branded on the lid and so find it hard that others have assumed it's not from Chasseur based on this.I will be purchasing another one very soon.

Delivery was a pain through Hermies as there was little to no tracking info so I had to be avaliable for three days as that's how long it took to be delivered from my local depot to me. As for the Wok itself its well made and nicely balanced. The only negative is that the info that comes with it is very miss leading it pertains to an enamelled wok and states that it's non stick. This one is cast iron so will need seasoning to create a non stick layer.

As said before not a Chasseur Wok, however once having read the reviews that is quite obvious.Otherwise a really good Wok, used it a couple of dozen times, no major stains or scratches and heats up nice and evenly.Only downside is handles are also made of metal and get just as hot as the rest of the wok, so you need gloves to move it / hold while stirring, thus 4/5 stars.

Followed the instructions before using it first time and itr has a very smooth coating on the in side now. Using it with care and very delighted with it. It takes a little longer to heat up in contrast to some nonstick woks but it cooks very fast and keeps food hot much longer. I like it very much.Delivery was fast as well

Great product, had one of these years ago. Still seems to be the same quality. I've been using cheaper supermarket pans for years all fail in short order, this will stand the test of time.

Bought one of these years ago and it is so good I wanted another. Thankfully this current model is every bit as solid as the older model. A joy to use.

Excellent Price and Lovely product, not as heavy as another one I have which is good as I have difficulty serving when they are too heavy

The quality of the item is good but the description is misleading, the specification details describe a lid but there is not one.

I've used it for 3~4 months. Very good quality as I expected even though with very saucy cooking. It doesn't burn easily.

The wok in itself is super- it's really good to cook in it..but that lid is missing..still great product and buy.

I bought this for my sister for Christmas ages ago so I don't know what it's like to use. It looks good though.
