The first few times my daughter kept pushing her finger downwards and sometimes the brush would barely connect to her finger. Resulting in a thick nail polish covering which didn’t look to good. Luckily the nail polish is water based and it washes off really easily. If you are not near water I found it peels off just as easily.We did get the hang of it after a while and as my daughter has other water based nail polishes she has used them too when she fancied a change in colour.It is a great little machine, perfect for girls who want to have their nails painted but can’t do it themselves. It is not messy and is easy to store.The only down side is that it requires 3 AA batteries that are not included.

This was bought as a Christmas present for my wifey and two daughters to share. It is clear that it is fun to use, but it does require a little setting up, which is not overly complicated, but I would recommend a responsible adult takes care of this. It was also noted that you have to be fairly patient with it and get to know how it works before getting anywhere near as perfect nails, as shown in the advert.The kit came with nail varnish and two brushes. My other-half mentioned that she doesn't think the brushes from her nail varnish would fit the device, but she managed to keep the brushes that came with it, clean, by using nail polish remover and kitchen towel.Overall,

Truly Awful. Doesn't paint nails at all. Just kind of dips into the pot and then you press the switch again to jab it in the vague direction of your nail. BUT OMG - my girls absolutely love it. Honestly. This is the worst kind of machine - absolutely not fit for purpose at all. Nail Varnish, Glitter and Gems Everywhere. But... it's the one Xmas present that they just wouldn't leave alone. Their fingers would be covered in nail varnish and glitter. The polish dries in seconds and then picks straight off. It's water based so washes off hard surfaces.Rubbish at painting nails. Perfect for entertaining 4, 5 and 6 year olds.

Easy nail spa kit was delivered very quickly in ample packaging. There was a small amount of assembly to do but with the instructions it was easy and stright forward. Easy nails came with some nail varnish. You rest the nail which you want painted in the pad. The brush goes into the nail varnish pot and brushes the nail with the nail varnish. It didn't give a brilliant finish. I felt this was good value for money and my little girl has hours of fun with her friends. Batteries were not included. Smiles all round

My niece was overwhelmed with joy as she clapped eyes on this Xmas gift, ideal for a young lady (aged 7) to paint her nails in a safe and in-messy manner. Needs batteries but once installed this mechanical beauty parlour is a treat. Well packaged and simple to use this contraption is ingenious and a value for money purchase that will keep young minds concentrated for hours (well twenty minutes anyway !)

This is just super cute and ideal for all those girls who are starting to show an interest in nail varnish. Very easy to set up and use. My 8 yo niece adored this but my only worry would be if I use other nail varnishes with this or would I have to stick to a certain brand. Bottles are smaller than average and so are the brushes which makes sense as this is designed for older kids.

Present for my granddaughter on her birthday. She loved it and was pleased that we had remembered her numerous requests for it. Haven't been with her when she has tried it but no complaints from her so must be ok.

Got this as a Xmas present for my 10 year old daughter.She enjoyed it a lot and has had lots of fun painting her nails with friends.

Daughter was over the moon with this, the only downside really was the nail varnish it's self it drys out and goes hard very fast
