Many pans have metal handles attached to them - all of which are good conductor's of heat so you either burn yourself handling the pan or you wear oven gloves and drop the pan because you cannot grip the handle properly. Not with this pan - the handle is made of phenol and is ergonomically shaped for ease of handling.Many pans do not have protective coatings to prevent food from sticking to the inside of the pan when the food is heated - which makes cleaning a laborious chore. This pan is coated with Teflon so food does not stick - BUT - Teflon is a PLASTIC so do not use metal utensils when stirring the food.As for cooking - the pan heats up evenly and because it is made of aluminium it heats

Finding a non-stick pan which works well on an induction hob and has a lid, is challenging. Finding one which also lasts beyond twelve months with regular use, more so. I can now comment very positively on its relative longevity, and in all respects this pan does a good job. The textured non-stick base heats quickly and cleans easily. The whole thing is solid without being too heavy. I'm optimistic for its continuing future. Certainly the best pan of its kind I have had, including some of the big-name brands.

I have used this quite a lot since it was delivered two weeks ago and nothing has stuck, a wipe with a damp cloth gets it pretty clean and then a quick dunk in the washing up water finishes it off. The lid has a steam hole which is useful. It is quite roomy and you do not need to have the heat up high to cook quickly as it is quite efficient at transferring the heat across the whole pan.

I was somewhat sceptical of buying it because it is the cheapest saute pan I found. But it is sturdy and well made. And fairly light which is a benefit -some saute pans are very heavy.Saute pans like this with high sides can be used as a frying pan but have the benefit of being able to hold more food without spilling over the edge like happens with a lot of frying pans.

nice deep saute pan, i bought this as i wanted a smaller one than the one i have, and its absolutely superb, the glass lid is heavy and it stays in place while cooking,great non stick interior, much better than my original one and that was more expensive

This is a sturdy pan, which I think gives excellent value for money. Some of the saute pans I’ve had in the past have really been quite flimsy so I’m delighted that this one, for much the same price, exudes durability.

A perfect replacement for a cheaper pan that lost its Teflon quite quickly. This item cooks food perfectly and the heat spreader on the bottom means you don't have to have the heat up high all the time

Not sure how I managed before I had this pan because I seem to use it almost daily. Anyway.... good quality, perfect for family meals. Will probably buy a second as it's used so frequently.

Very pleased with this product. Cooks well on low heat and nothing sticks and easy to clean. I wipe it will a very little o!I've oil prior to cooking.

Solid, well constructed feeling to these induction pans. Handles remain comfortable to touch (so far) regardless of temperature of the contents.

the pan cooks effectively and the high sides reduces the splash level. The lid adds to its value in the cooking process or preventing splashes

Used for the first time this week to cook a lamb bhuna. The lamb was cooked to perfection, lovely and tenda. Easy to wash after use, too.

This is really a great piece of equipment, very good quality and an ideal size on the hob so it does not compromise other saucepans.

I bought two of these pans as pressies for my sons. They have both said how good the pan is and that having a lid is a bonus.
