This doll is really nice however the box was slightly open when it arrived like it hadn't been handled very carefully. The hair on the doll was a bit messy but it was easily fixed with a hairbrush. The doll also can't wear some other dolls' high heels as she has flat feet and the puppy is a bit bigger than it looks in the picture and isn't very well made but still cute. She is wearing really well-made clothes that are easy to take off and look great. Her hair is really soft and comes with a hair tie. Her arms are not jointed but it is not a major downside as they are in a position that still allows her to hold her puppy. Overall a great purchase.Written by my 10-year-old daughter.EDIT: After a month or so,

Lovely doll, excellent quality clothing. I've avery happy 12 year old daughter who makes animated films with her rather large and diverse doll family!
