Toy says for over 5 year olds but I think most 3 year olds would be fine with this if you aren't worried with them and small parts.

My girls aged 3 and 5 love this doll, the wings are easy to attach and fly up to the ceiling which they love.

3 year old absolutely loves this. It comes with spare elastic for mechanism but we haven't needed it.
