I bought my pan direct from Zwilling, as they were much cheaper at the time, and making crepes now is easier than ever. This is partly down to the pan making it easy to turn the crepe but mainly down to supplied batter spreader. Not tried it yet but it's possible the spreader and a normal nonstick frying pan might work just as well though I'm happy with this set.
