I've owned this hair dryer since 2012 and I love it. I've had no problems with it at all.I love the 2 different speed settings and 2 different heat settings and also the cool button comes in handy as well (you have to keep that pushed down yourself though) so if you're wanting to use it for a while it can be a bit annoying but I only ever use it for a few seconds.It looks great and performs great. The cable on it has to be a good 10 feet which is nice. The only downside to this product is the little cap on the end to direct the air flow doesn't stay on that good. It stays on fine when using it (unless you have long hair and touch it when drying it) but I found whenever I put it down the end would most of the time pop off.

I spent ages looking for a powerful ionic hairdryer that was a reasonable price. I came accross this one on some other websites and it was much more expensive, so was pleased to get it at this price via Amazon. Overall I'm really pleased with my choice. Although my last hairdryer was 2000w, for some reason this one seems much more powerful. I have very thick hair and it dries it so much quicker than anything I've had before. My hair feels great after using it, I assume thats the ionic feature. I've had no problems with the nozzle falling off, which I think another reviewer has commented on. Its lighter than my previous drier, but I wouldn't say it was really light.

I bought this when my Remington hairdryer suffered a tumble and the casing cracked (light plastic exterior). It had served me well so I was looking to purchase the same or similar when I came across this particular unit. I'd seen in some reviews that a detractor was the weight, but I can tell you having received it, they're overstating. The hairdryer has a heft to it, for sure, but I'd say it's pleasant and not too much. It gives more of a luxury, sturdy feel to the unit finished in all matte black plastics. Overall I love the unit, the cold shot is actually COLD and the speed at which this dries my hair even on the lowest speeds is phenomenal. Really pleased with this one,

Bought this after searching for a new hairdryer after my trusty GHD Air of five years died on me. I couldn't afford a new one so started looking for something else and went for this going by the reviews.I have naturally very curly hair that is dyed blonde so it's frizzy and dry and need a good hairdryer to blow dry is straight.This hairdryer is excellent for the price, dries my hair just like my GHD did and a fraction of the price.I don't find it heavy as others have mentioned as it's just the same weight as what I'm used to.Great but and very happy!

Bought this hair dryer with not the highest expectations with it being reasonabley cheap and me having thick curly hair that takes forever to dry!I was however massively impressed: it doesn't over heat, dries my hair as quick as the more expensive hair dryers used at the hair dressers and looks smart. My only minor issue is that the nozzle doesn't stay on but I do have to have it on its highest settings when using it so it is likely to warp the plastic slightly.

Really like it . Light handset . Good controls . Fast drying time. Apart from the cold button position .. I like it . I have to get used to where it is. Worth the money when you do not want to spend fortunes on a hairdryer . I always tend to buy a Babyliss product . Never has failed . They are always evolving their range so by the time you need another they have replaced with an advanced version for generally the same price .

Bought as a present for the wife as she had the previous model, which lasted a good 15 years. It's smaller yet more powerful. The nozzle does stay on the end however she won't use it so not sure when heated it will stay there.Over all she loves it. She has really thick hair and it never over heats. Plus when my daughter uses it straight after it still keeps on drying. Well worth the price.

My hair is thick and takes an age to dry - not anymore!! This hair dryer saves me about 10 minutes a day- wonderful. It's not too heavy and the cable is very long - only down side is that the nozzle comes off quite easily but I'm willing to put up with that for the time it saves me. The heat variations available and speed setting are excellent. I woud definitely recommend this hair dryer

Love this hair dryer! Yes it is a bit heavy when you first lift it up, but when you’re driving your hair it’s really not noticeable, and I think the heaviness actually makes it much easy to style your hair the way you want. Love the feel and quality of this product so much. I get extremely excited to use it each time as it just feel so nice and professional! Excellent product!

Love this item, it replaces a sturdy hairdryer that gave up after years and years of use, which was also a Babyliss. went for the GT Ionic dryer and it is fab, not too hot and easy to use and lightweight, and has a good length of electrical cable to plug as well,highly recommend and handle does not heat up and love the matt cool finish.

Absolutely met and exceeded my expectations. Brilliant ionic dryer. Just like I wanted it has 2 power settings and 3 heat settings with the lowest heat setting being quite cold so you can avoid too much damage to your hair. There is also a cold press button with the air being very cold which is really cool. Very happy with the purchase.

perfect. just as described by seller and positive reviews.Great matt finish which gives it a sturdy grip while drying. The settings allow for maximum choice of prefered heat and power. Arrived in allocated time and packaged in a box within a box. Very pleased with purchase and would recommend.

As described, my wife is very happy with the purchase of this hairdryer, already been used on day 1 let’s hope it works longer than the last model purchased although it isn’t the same one as last time it was dearer so let’s hope it lasts much longer

Love this hair dryer best thing my partner hasn’t bought me. The control settings on it are good long cord so your not telthered to a wall and the heat settings are exactly what you need the hottest is just right so not burning like some driers

The only reason im giving this a 4 star is because other reviews are right the nossle falls off all the time but ive put some amalgamating tape round so stays on, other than that its a really nice hairdryer and leaves my hair nice and smooth
