=== GOOD BITS ===Okay so Armored Core V is yet another mech based action game by From Software and published by Bandai Namco. The good things about the game include the non-stop action through the whole of the game. Also most of the games graphical features are pretty good with a few exceptions. The best part of the game for me was the tons of side missions the game has available for you to play along with 10 story missions. The multiplayer options are fun and includes team vs team or you can join someone else's team for a mission to earn money as well as respect. Another top feature about this game is that you can actually create a team to fight for territories online,so basically you and many of your online friends can be on the same team against people across the world. There are tons of customization options available to gamers with almost every mech on the game looking different to what other gamers would have. There is a shop to buy more parts and you can also find parts in levels or after leveling up more parts become available in the shop. Sound effects in the game are fantastic and definitely bring the game to life and make it more exciting, the music is full on but works really well in my opinion.=== BAD BITS ===Okay there isn't an awful lot wrong with the game but there are a few bits that could of been improved slightly. Whilst the online play is great and the main game mode is quite good, the game itself does seem to get a little repetitive at times. Also not everything in the game looks amazing because things such as structures look quite weak graphical wise. The game to newcomers might be a little confusing because most of it is explained just not very well. Controls are a little dense as well. The story to the game?? Well there isn't much of one....its actually rubbish but don't let that put you off too much.=== OVERALL RATING? ===Well I would definitely recommend the game if you like a challenge because it is quite hard in my opinion but its also a lot of fun for a while. Online play runs quite smoothly and there aren't too many glitches about either. If you liked previous Armored Core games then you will adore this but NOTE: This is not a sequel. There are tons of options available at your disposal and if you wanna try something new....then try this. Its a great game that I would give a reasonable 8/10!

In this review ill give you an overview and a description of what the game is like for some one new or curious about the game.Firstly im a teen who loves games such as transformers and robotic stuff so this game quickly came to my attention and my a friend of mine also gave it a recommendation. The story is you work for an corporation that runs evrything but then a rebellion starts in your robot (mech/ac) you fight back but to only change to the rebellion dew to witnessing an event.GOOD THINGS:Amazing customisationGreat co-op and story lineFeels rewardingAmazing onlineChallenging boss fightsGraphicly brilliantFun for hoursWill take ages to complete fully so your never boredAmazing online introsfor your mechEasy leveling systemEven though a lot is going on in the game the consoles handle it well no game freezing.BAD THINGS:Story line is hard to followBest if you had another mate to play withNo split screenMusic can often freeze a bit (rarley)Dupstep, electronic and japanese rock (if not a fan you can also listen to your own game audio not affected)Can often be one sided (online)Hard online for new teams or players as there are much higher ranksDedicated servers for Europe, America, Asia and othersVery fast paced game (takes some time to get used to)Cant turn into vechiles unless a tank rig but its very very slowSo overall i highy recommend the game great co-op and story amazing online and teams also a great choice of customiseation with colours,armour,guns, rigs. So if you fancy a change of game or another brilliant game to your collection i would highly recommend this.

Have you played any AC game before or anything from the mech warrior line well this might be fun for you but this is not something for people who do not know what their getting into unless they have done their research.In many ways this is a great AC game however it falls a little flat in other places,Pro'sGun system is very gun and allows for many play styleslots of parts to pick frompainting system is a set upmultiplayer is much improved over 4Con'sThe Plot is weak even after playing every mission you don't really know what the overall story was because the story telling itself is rather lacking you dont even really get to know any of the 10 characters you hear over your radio and the onlyones you do really get to know are often cannon fodder the next mission.graphics are rather poor they use a fair chunk of filters to cover up the simple models.With such heavy focus on multiplayer you would think their would be a wide range of missions and finding players would be easy... not quite. other players come in the form of Merc's and the map choices are limited. Also for a player who's not in a clan you wont make much progress outside of the single player missions and difficulty does ramp up quite fast.the UI is horrid its just so bad I almost give up some times because I will spend longer playing around in menus getting ready then actually fighting. And its also rather unuser friendly.Is it worth the price... I guess if you like giant robots and have other AC games but if you just want an action game or just want to fight robots wait for Mechwarrior Online or Hawken

this is a great game for mecha lovers but one problem.... if your planning to play this online then its ok to play with people in the same country but!... unfortunatly... you cant play internationaly because its servers are only limited to the country your in.... i did buy this game mainly for the intent to play it with my american friends.... but still... its a very fun game and great compatition! but remember your only limited to europein online play... well i am cause i live in UK just a big shame there servers arnt international.... but still great fun on the main game and co-op is brillent and the same for online play its great but the contestents are hard!if you go online you best be a pro or atleast very good at multitasking or your gonna get OWNED! lolz Overall 9/10 for the game it would be 10/10 if it was internationally playable online >O<!. but it might change! you just dont know!?.

Great combat, perhaps the best in the series so far.Great customisation, albeit not quite as deep as For Answer.The story is...there? It's either suffered terribly in translation, or it's really trying hard to be artistic, and failing.The game is mainly centred around online team battles between human players, the game is pretty strong in this respect from what I've heard, but I don't have enough friends to form a team with, nor am I comfortable enough with fighting other random people for this part of the game to appeal to me.The single player aspects are ok, if on the weak side.Recommended for competitive players and those who are fans of games with high amounts of customisation(giant mech customisation in this case).

I must say I have been a fan of the Armored core Series from the start, but this one exceeds all the others. It is well balanced and true to the series, if you love robots blowing each other up and can put up with a boring story (which is fine because the online for this game is just so good) then this is DEFINITELY one to pick up.

This will be short and sweet as my opinions on this game are based off of Gundam Wing, that being said this game is the closest thing you are going to have any time soon to being able to build and fight in your own mobile suit (yes I know this is not actually Gundam Wing but it may as well be ;))

If you flow the armored core series then you won't be disappointed with it all the new parts makes for a great game for the series and for new people if you like mech games then give it a shoot :D

Game is amazing hocked onit bought the dlc rather cheap that good to i recommend this game to anyone who likes explosions destruction full customization

wicked game got a lot of achievements on it. fun online play love the snipers. a lot of guns to play with and choose from
