This tray is just marvellous but not for cup cakes!! I make small individual sponge flans in it and fill them with different kinds of fruit and jelly, then top with fresh cream - scrumptious!! I had already bought one from a well known retailer for a fraction of the price I paid in Amazon but was unable to get a second one, thank you Amazon for supplying this tray even though it was very pricey!

I bought two of them and used them so far only for baking of Rum Baba. I allways brush the cavities with melted butter and lightly sprinkle them with flour (sugar for Rum Babas). Never had problems with these baking pans. Very good quality from Zenker, and the cakes has allways been a hit for my family and guests!
