I’ve just made my daughter’s birthday cake with this tin, my first time baking with a shaped tin. I was a bit worried about it in all honesty!My cake is a red velvet sandwich cake so I filled the tin with half my batter, baked and repeated for the second sandwich layer.The cakes baked beautifully even in this tin. It’s nice and solid and washes well. I used the Wilton cake release that you will see others bought with this tin too, which I think was invaluable in getting the cakes out in one piece so would recommend with this.Unfortunately, my cakes fell apart a bit as I was manoeuvring them into a sandwich Which is because they were each fairly thin. My daughter wanted a flower cake for her birthday and this was perfect. I had no problems getting the cake out once it was cooked- I was a bit concerned it would crack at the corners of the petals but I managed to get it out in one piece! Easy clean and job done!

Great quality tin, used flour and butter to line it and it didn't stick. Really pleased with it. Made a simple but very effective cake! Thanks so much

I used Nigella Lawsons easy buttermilk birthday cake recipe with this cake tin. I made 2 of them to make a sandwich cake. Worked perfectly.

Great tins, cake looked lovely and was very easy to decorate afterwards. would recommened these to any one experienced or not.

Great tin, but use butter and flour to stop it sticking. Don't use the spray on stuff. First cake wouldn't come out!

I love anything in flower shapes and this is no exception! Cake tin size is a decent size and works well.
