I use this with various cloths, including an e-cloth lens cloth. It works really well and leaves the lens smear free. You do need to ensure you regularly wash your lens cloth though - all the grime from your lens gets embedded in the cloth. Eventually the cloth will start depositing dirt back onto the lens... which might be why one reviewer found this spray ineffective?

I have used this fluid for a number of years, I never leave home without it. I use a VD microfiber cloth but often use my tee shirt and in emergencies my underwear, it has always been perfect. I'm about to reorder, so I hope the previous reviewer's experience doesn't mean the formula has been changed.

Removes the most stubborn of marks without fear of damaging coatings and leaves a clean smear free lens or filter. For really easy cleaning combine with the Visible Dust Ultra Micro Fibre cleaning cloth.
