I had some doubts about this item, but it has worked very well. It is clearly necessary for the mounting position to be free of projections and I swapped dome headed bolts for countersunk equivalents. The mounting frame and the filter frame then mate firmly, although I think a hard knock would dislodge the latter. This does however mean that removal for cleaning is simple and fast. It has improved air filtration and enhanced the appearance of the case.

My son loved it as covers a hole to stop the dust getting into his computer. Great as we couldn't find a thin fan that would fit the hole and clear the mother board.
