Used to mount several Fractal Dynamic 140mm fans to the front of an NZXT case that features a removable mounting panel for the front intake fans.As the case mounting panel is only fixed with captive thumbscrews at two points, it had a tendency to vibrate noticeably.Used these Noctua silicone mounts for both 140mm front intake fans and the vibration and noise levels reduced dramatically.Positive:Easy and quick to use; no tools required; reusable; they match the black fans and the case interior really well, becoming almost unnoticeable when installed; and they offer a significant performance improvement over standard fan screws.Negative:Packaging is probably excessive for 20 silicone plugs and must contribute to the overall cost.Overall an excellent and worthwhile upgrade.

I bought these for a quiet-as-possible build and I bet they'd've worked brilliantly - because Noctua. However, also-brilliant case manufacturer Fractal Design provided long mounting slots for fans throughout their case, so's to allow great flexibility in precise fan placement and wide compatibility. Unfortunately, because I haz the dumb, I didn't realise that the slot-mount design of the case would require the torquitude of threaded fasteners to hold fans in place. These flexible fasteners will work great to attach the corners of fans to discrete screw-holes, but won't create a tight-enough hold to resist gravity in slot-type mounts.

I wanted to install some more fans that I had spare into my gaming PC and I could not find my screws anywhere. I saw these and thought I would give them a try. I have to say these are brilliant, so easy to install, just pull through fans and then pull through PC chassis, its as easy as that and they hold really firm and stop and vibration. Also easy to remove should you want to relocate your fans at any point. one star down, because they aren't the cheapest solution.

I had several sets of similar mounts that came with some of the Noctua fans I have. Those needed to be mounted on the case first and then you attach the fan which can be very fiddly in tight corners.These are much better - you mount them on the fan and then you mount the fan on the case. Much easier. The only drawback is that the ends stick out of the case but you can cut them if you want. I don't mind because I don't see the back of my PC most of the time.

So I had a new fan to install into my PC - I didn't have the coorrect screws to hand so started searching. These popped up and I was initially reluctant. But now I have used them I can honestly say these are much better than Iexpected. Really easy to install, secure and, well, pretty good. I would say, look carefully as there are versions with different lengths. Otherwise, great!

All silicone rubber mounts are not the same. Noctua have a good reputation and know what they are doing. These have the right hardness/stiffness and work well to isolate the fan from the case. They even feel different to the cheap, 'noname' ones.These are for OPEN FRAME fans only.

Can't fault them, they're better than some alternatives that are half the length and therefore extremely annoying & difficult to fit in hard-to-reach spots. They're a simple product, but very effective in the right environment!

Annoying part is that they don't have a flat end (like the discontinued NA-AV1 and the new NA-SAV4), but they're easy to mount - used 8 and none of them broke. Plus, unlike the aforementioned models, you get to pick the color.

Exceptional product.The shape of the Anti-vibration inserts are carefully designed in a way that it is much easier to install/uninstall, unlike the other variants from Akasa which more often breaks then it installs.

Amazing product, made my build so much easier, installed four fans with such ease. Would recommend these to anyone building there first pc.

Great for fixing case fans without the rigidity of screws that can lead to low frequency vibrations. Worth using.

Easy to install or remove fans for cleaning with these
