Item itself seems great brought as a christmas present for my little girl. Only complaint is it was delivered in only the items box with prime tape all over it as shown in photo. I was a bit disappointed as it was suppose to be a santa present but can't exactly wrap it like it is or take the tape off will rip the box and look horrible.

It looks and sounds great, Has been put away for a Christmas present so can’t say how my granddaughter likes it yet.The milk steamer and buttons are just pictures so you can’t actually use them. But I’m sure she’ll use her imagination and pretend to use them.

Arrived in good time, required tiny bit of assembly. Granddaughter fell instantly in love with it, was making us cups of coffee all morning of her birthday. It has stayed in regular use since: she wants to be like mum & dad, regular coffee machine users.

Great noise and very realistic... could be a little easier to put together but generally a great little addition to our play kitchen!

I was disappointed that the only button is one to press for sound, all the others are just pictures.
