I'll admit, I only bought this game because I wanted the desk bell it comes with to use in other games, but despite myself I rather enjoyed it. It had a decent range of questions that could be answered simply, which made it suitable for children, but the questions also encouraged more complex answers if desired, meaning it could hold the attention of adults too. With 3 main roles in the game, asking, answering and pressing the bell (totally the best job), there isn't much time for idle players to become bored before it's their turn to do something, and the no repetition rule prevented it from becoming, well, repetitive. I should think it would provide children with creative, language and concentration skills, and further creativity could be encouraged by asking them to come up with and write their own questions, or dream up other games using the bell. All in all it was pretty good fun and provided plenty of laughs.

When I 1st looked at this game for my 12 year old son, I thought omg what an easy game! I will ace it and finally win at something....because as far as games go, it is a running joke in my family that I always get the bad luck and loose. So finally a game I can win....Well the good news is I did win....BUT it is not as easy as it sounds nor looks. You cant repeat your answer over and over, you can shake or nod ur head yes or no when answering....so you have to search for alternative vocabulary that simply explains no or yes without saying it. Pressing the bell is fun in itself when someone says the forbidden words. It's quite fun and silly and you really do have to rack your brains.Great for expanding a teenagers verbal response to yes or no situations.

I happen to be just browsing through the games the had on Amazon and spotted something I hsd never seen before. This game is fun for however many are playing. It is one of the best games I have seen in a while and most of all fun. It is quiet funny when people start saying yes or no to the questions and they don't realise they did it until you ring the bell to say there turn is up. You should buy this game as it is fun all year round for the whole family.Shaun Rossendale Lancs

What a fabulous fun game this is. How easy do you think it is not to say yes or no - it's hilarious! The bell that you ding when someone says yes or no was loads of fun and my 7 year old wanted to be the one in charge of that. A really good family game to play when you've a good 30 minutes. There are questions for you to ask or you could make up your own - just remember not to say yes or no!!!Would highly recommend for any families who like a giggle.

I'm and english teacher in Greece and lately I started using some vocabulary board games with my advanced classes. I esp liked the yes no game because it's easy to play in a big classroom without being too difficult (like TABOO which was really challenging in a bad way) and it also helps my students learn how to respond naturally rather than with a simple yes or no like they usually do. Great value for money!

It's a game for group of players or as good if played one to one! In my opinion game is trickier for children. I could easily understand how to answer questions without saying yes or no! Few cards have silly questions that children would not know how to answer for example there was a card asking questions about election and politics but most questions are simple to answer and funny!

I so love this game, it was a fantastic price and it is so simple to play, I bought it for my 5 yr old and we have such a laugh, it is hysterical. The questions on the cards are easy to follow, fantastically easy to play for little ones. brilliant entertainment ... we weren't allowed to play it whilst waiting for food at the restaurant cos we were making too much noise laughing!

I bought this as an Easter gift for one of my Granddaughters who is 13yrs old, she loved it as did all the family, she said it was easy to play, easy to learn how to play and the family had a lot of fun, I am hoping to join in perhaps once Lockdown has ended and we are able to get together again as a family. We are looking at ways to play the game over zoom shortly. many thanks

As a family of 6, this game has served us well!Brilliant for all ages, this is so much harder than it looks and gets some fantastic reactions from the players when placed under pressure. (For added fun, we brought in a timer to increase the tension!)Well-priced, this is a great game for the games cupboard and one that will go down a treat at family meetups and get-togethers.

I got this for my daughter as a stocking filler for christmas and as every parent will know at some point trying to get a conversation out of a kid can be a bit of a challenge! Esp when all you get is "yes"or "no"So when i saw this game i thought it was perfect and a bit of a laugh and i have been told its been a blast at home so a great little game

My daughter loves the yes no game. Usually played on long journeys in the car, but we always run out of questions to ask, not anymore! The cards have loads of questions and you stand the best chance of winning by asking the questions quickly and by using a clever tone of voice! Great fun and the bell is a fab addition. We love this.

Played with all ages from mid teens to late 50's .... can honestly say ..... there was some big belly laughs playing this .... you have to read the cards really quickly and would probably recommend getting an egg timer to ping players out when they take to long to answer .... all in all a good laugh for all ages :)

We play this game a lot while out walking with our kids, was excited to find a game with pre prepared question cards. Questions we’ll worded so you can use tonality etc to try & trick your opponent. Fab for kids as if you say yes/no your not out of the game you just don’t win that card.

This game is small, simple and lots of fun. We bought it for my 8 year old son's birthday. We had so much fun playing it, we have since bought extra games as gifts for friends when he goes to parties. Adults can have fun with it too! A great after dinner table game. Won't disappoint!

Such a simple game, yet it became our favourite over Christmas and New Year. Would recommend to everyone. I don’t think I’ve laughed so much in a very long time, and it’s surprising just how difficult it can be to avoid saying yes or no, especially after a couple of glasses of wine.
