This is definitely aimed at the younger end of the market (under 30's).This is the bigger better value 100ml bottle (compared to the 30 ml alternative). My 19 year old daughter made off with it. She disliked the "ella" styling, " who's that girl?" blurb on the box but likes the smell. It's a lighter than expected floral scent, quite generic and unlikely to become anyone's signature scent but a good all rounder for school/college/ the office that doesn't have that cheap underlying old lady scent and is sweet, floral and inoffensive. It fades to nothing with no nasty civet smell at the end.It comes in a sealed plastic wrapper and then a cardboard box and then the bottle is nicely shaded in black with a gold coloured plastic stopper.

This is a prettily presented and reasonably priced brand name scent. 'Ella' comes in a signature Ted Baker black box with rose gold foil decoration. The box is wrapped in cellophane, and the bottle inside surrounded by cardboard, not plastic to help keep it safe in transit.The bottle is a smoky grey glass that's more concentrated in colour at the bottom of the bottle, and the faceted cap and top of the pump are rose gold. My Mum thought it was really pretty bottle and loved the floral scent. This has an intitially quite sharp tang, but once that subsides on Mum this was a delicate floral that lasted well.I wasn't as fortunate.

Ted Baker needs no introduction in the field of fashion and without doubt it’s an aspirational brand that has that wonderful balance of quality, desirability and style cues that are instantly recognisable. My two daughters, who are both in their twenties, love it and I knew that they’d love to try this fragrance courtesy of TB and Vine. Lottie, the youngest has been trying it for the past couple of weeks.It comes in a nice flask, a nice attractive bottle. It’s also the perfect size and is easy to pack if you’re travelling or away from home. It comes in a nice spray that is effective and easy to use.It’s a lovely refreshing smell, just a little bit different and more exclusive that the run-of-the-mill.

This Ted Baker number comes in a cellophane sealed gift box with the classic black and gold trademark colours so if you want to give it as a gift it will look the part. The same goes for the bottle which features a gold dome top with a mock crystal inlay in the top surmounting a simple yet elegant tall high shouldered bottle.The fragrance itself as the series name implies is sweet, but as you wear it, the prominent notes here are floral notably rose and jasmine which combine to create a rich and warm scent which I suspect will appeal particularly to teenagers and younger women. There is a hint of bergamot in the mix to complete the bouquet,

On spraying this had a immediate hit of smokey spice which cut away to a herbal greenness and light woods (sandalwood) coming through as it warms on the skin before sweet florals begin to emerge along with a powdery jasmine note. Not at all what I was expecting from a collection called sweet treats.After a while a sugary rosy tone which I suspect is a combination of the cassis and rose appears and this is when I realise what they've been building towards.A youthful sweet floral, very light even the resinous patchouli is with such a gentle hand. It's not a blockbuster but instead is soft and feminine without being sexy or sensual.It's excellent as an every day perfume, it's scent for your comfort and confidence,

This is a sweet but indistinctive scent that smells like all the aromas from the perfume counters in a high street store blended together into one pleasant, floral and alcoholic mist. It’s pleasant, with just the tiniest hint of muskiness, not enough to make it ‘masculine’ but enough to give it a bit of depth and to take the edge off the floral notes.The scent lingers fairly well, though it doesn’t compete too strongly if there are other smells going on. The bottle is nice and straightforward, a touch cheap maybe on the plastic top but reasonably elegant-looking without looking daft.You’d be hard pushed in a smell test to tell this apart from a whole variety of other scents,

This Sweet Treats - Ella Eau de Toilette arrived in a lovely looking black box with a coppery colour embossed logo, it certain;y looked expensive from the outside and the 30ml bottle was equally impressive, a tinted clear glass bottle with a rounded top that matches the copper logo in colour.Pulling off the top to reveal the spray head, the perfume was easily sprayed with just the right amount coming out. My wife loved the scent, a sort of sweet mix of fruits and rose that smells timeless but not old fashioned. It was fairly strong on first contact with the skin but faded over the space of a few hours to a fainter aroma.While the 100ml is better value,

I'm absolutely in love with this beautiful scent.It's a whopping great bottle, exactly what you'd expect for the price, and has an elegant box.The bottle is really lovely, in my view. It's not excessively girly, which not everyone wants. It has straight sides, dual colours and what my Mum would have called a 'posh top'.Best of all, the scent is glorious - heavy and sassy without being cloying. Now I'm an older woman the light sickly scents no longer suit me.As you'd expect with an eau de toilette, it doesn't last solidly all day.For me, it's great for work, as I like to smell fresh when I arrive in the morning but, in an open plan office, don't want to drive my colleagues mad all day.Suitable for those who like a simple,

This Ted Baker Eau de Toilette comes in a rather classy black card box covered in cellophane. Inside is a very elegant smoky glass bottle with a gold coloured top.The fragrance is quite subtle and includes bergamot, orange blossom, jasmine, rose and vanilla. - It is a light floral scent and ideal for a young person. (I am no longer a young person but am happy to wear it anyway!) It lasts for a fair time but will need renewal after a couple of hours if you want the fragrance to linger.The blurb on the box says that Ella always leaves a lasting impression. I don't know who Ella is but I am sure she smells delightful.....A very nice eau de toilette that can be worn for all occasions.

Ted Baker Sweet Treats - Ella - Eau de Toilette (100 ml)This is a gorgeous light fragrance with a lot of staying power, especially considering it's an eau de toilette. I sprayed some on my clothes and the scent stayed for a week! The scent is what I believe is called an oriental floral, a wonderful combination of different spicy and floral scents. The online listing says it's a perfume for a woman, but I don't see why a man couldn't wear it too.The glass bottle is simple and charming, with clear glass that fades from dark green at the bottom. The lid looks like a miniature pumpkin sprayed gold and with a little diamante bead in the tip.

Ted Baker Sweet Treats 'Ella' is a reasonably priced nicely versatile womens fragrance, it comes well presented in a black box with simple rose gold foil decorative touches, well packaged to avoid breakage and cellophane wrapped to avoid tampering. The bottle is a smokey grey glass bottle with an ombre effect with darker colored glass towards the bottom, the top is a rose gold ball topped with a smokey grey crystal.The fragrance starts a little sharp but as it wears off a little it's flora, not old-lady floral but a young scent - it is maybe best suited for the evening but it's also perfectly wearable during the day as it's a fairly light floral fragrance. It is very subtle,

This perfume comes in a lovely gold and black design which reminds me a bit of the art deco style. It's called Ella and described on the box as Ted’s sweet treat. It's certainly quite sweet in smell but not particularly overpowering or sickly. It's a fresh florally fragrance. I think it is more suited to a younger person, perhaps a teenager who is just starting out on her perfume discovery journey. So I think if you are looking for a gift for a teenager or a young woman, this would suit very well. It doesn't seem to last too long on the skin, however, and you may have to respray after a couple of hours.

This is a good scent, which is sufficiently light for daytime but has enough gravitas to wear in the evening. I can pick up the vanilla and orange blossom amongst other less identifiable scents and it is both light and heavy at different times after application, although never too much in either direction.I like the smoked-coloured bottle, which is a simple, boxy design with an understated yet elegant stopper. It is classy, not brassy.I always suggest you try in a store or get a sample before purchase, having once made a costly mistake of buying without trying and really hating the scent in which I had invested heavily. I'm always on the lookout for another perfume to use and was keen to try Ella, from Ted Baker when offered on Vine. This is a 100ml bottle, nicely shaped and looks very classy in an attractive box. The scent is very light and pleasant (suitable for all ages) and you can certainly smell the different tones when first applying. The downside for me is that the scent doesn't last - not on me anyway. Whereas one spray of my normal Chanel eau de toilette will last for hours, this will need re-applying after a couple of hours. I like the perfume and will continue to use it but I think that value for money its not going to beat my usual perfume as I will need to use more of it.

As someone who doesn't like heavy fragrances, I was delighted to find that Ted Baker Ella is a light, floral fragrance that is a 'sweet treat' indeed. Coming in a well designed box that hints at expense, the bottle inside is a minimalist cuboid with a rose coloured crystal effect top. You get a perfectly measured 'spritz' when you spray meaning you don't get drenched in too much fragrance. I love the delicate flowery notes and the hints of vanilla I can detect. I have had compliments on the perfume already and I've only worn it a couple of times. Great as a treat for yourself or a gift for someone you know.
