I am an amazon Vine reviewer. I am reviewing “Ag” Eau de Toilette made by Ted Baker. The “Ag” was delivered just before I returned home after playing tennis all the morning.What better time to shower and then to give the “Ag” its first trial! You slide out the well-protected inner box from the outer one to reveal the “Ag” bottle.I removed the bottle’s silver (you guessed it!) cap and sprayed a small amount of “Ag”onto my lower arms. It has a refreshing scent / fragrance. I could detect a lemon essence. When I looked at the ingredients on the back of the box, “Limonene” and “Citral” are both listed. So I am assuming these are creating the refreshing scent.“Ag” comes from the chemical symbol for the element Silver.

Ag - Ted Baker Eau de ToiletteLuxuriously packaged in an embossed matte black box, with the bottle contained in a slide out deep walled carton, itself enveloped in a faux leather "jacket" with the Ag Periodic Element name embossed and standing out as the named branding, setting it apart from the 2x other alternative fragrances in the range.100ml of a fragrance from a renowned label / designer for £40 is always going to sound like a good price, but as with most purchases the truth is often revealed on testing. As for "Ag" - with a defined & clean citrus based scent that stayed with me for a good 4hrs after application - disappointingly , for someone who really likes the sandalwood note that was promised with Ag,

This Ted Baker men's fragrance is a gorgeous, heady and energetic scent that I (and my partner!) have instantly taken to. The violet leaf is ever-so-slightly citrusy, I think, and the pepper notes add a masculine overtone (for a comparison, think Molton Brown black pepper range - it's a sumptuous, deep and earthy note).As an EDT, as expected, you may need to reapply over the course of a day / evening as it does fade, but it holds its scent long enough for, say, a good evening out.But it's the presentation that is an extra winning note with this EDT. It's sleek and simple in a classy black box, with the bottle encased in a faux leather sleeve inside. It gives a real premium look and feel,

The packaging and presentation is wonderful and would make a fantastic gift. The bottle itself come in a kind of rubberised sheath with the periodic table printed on it and the Ag highlighted in silver, very classy. The scent itself has a citrusy sent when first applied which then after a little body heat kind of mellows a little and looses it's edge and becomes warmer and slightly more rounded (for goodness sake it sounds like I'm trying to describe a wine!), maybe even a little spicy, it smells very, very good. I noticed the scent on me for a couple of hours after I initially put it on but after that I couldn't really smell it, although my wife said she could. It isn't an overbearing,

This comes in a very plain box and simple packaging, but don't be fooled, the smell is lovely . I had the silver Tonics really lovey masculine smell, my husband is not usually a fan of these top aftershaves etc but when this arrived this morning, he opened it straight away, and I thought he was going to say it was awful, but he said its really nice not too overpowering or feminine and fruity like some but really nice and manly, I can see there will be a fight over this is my Son arrived and had a smell and started putting on himself, so I didn't think either would like it when I smelt it but both gone mad on it, so think I'll have to buy the one losing out it for Christmas.

I went a bit over the top with this first time (four or five squirts) and I really didn't like it, but I decided to give it another chance whilst being a little more restrained (one squirt this time) and, actually, it's quite nice; initially citrusy it fades to a warm, bold, sandalwood fragrance that is very long-lasting (a good 12 hours). Given the size of the bottle I'd expect this to last a very long time even with daily use.The packaging is a black, open box with an outer card sleeve, also black and embossed with the Ag Silver symbol. Inside, the aerosol bottle is wrapped in a black, faux-leather, sleeve lightly embossed with the periodic table and the Ag symbol picked out in silver.A very nice looking gift with a pleasant,

Top quality fragrances are generally very expensive, and as with most things you get what you pay for and this is no exception. It’s a very fresh smell, citrus to start (that seems very popular for scents in this part of the market) then fades to be a little more mellow, but it really doesn’t last very long, so you’ll. find yourself reapplying this if you want the aroma to last all day. That said, its as good as some much more expensive fragrances I have used and it’s beautifully packaged, even if the box promises a larger bottle, and it’ll look very good in your bathroom cabinet.

I really like this, so does my husband. I'm not too great at describing perfumes, but I'd say this is one above subtle, not over powering, but it doesn't disappear in a hurry. The Sandalwood notes really come out and linger in the room after the wearer has left, but not in a nasty way, and not for a long time.The bottle is nicely presented, looks good on the shelf with its faux leather sleeve, together with the box, which is cardboard, so recyclable! I'm not aware of other Ted Baker fragrances, so I cannot compare it, but this is a nice everyday product.

My bf was given a set of 3 mini Ted Baker ‘metal’ tonics as a present, and while they were all great, this was our favourite. Got this for him for Christmas (a surprise as I told him I wasn’t getting it but then changed my mind) and he was very happy. Comes nicely presented and with a thin foam sleeve which gives the bottle a bit of padding, useful if like us you travel around by train a lot. Would recommend, this is a good scent to get a young man into wearing colognes, but I’m sure the more experienced gent would also appreciate it.

Firstly, the packaging. I'm a chemist, so love this. What fun! To have a reproduction of part of the Periodic Table; lovely.The sales-pitch regarding the Cu, Ag and Au different products is a bit silly, but I guess inspiration comes from all areas. For me, the packaging and bottle are really nice.I received the Ag scent.The scent itself is quite strong; one squirt is definitely enough. It lingers for at least a couple of hours, and the scent is bold, quite fresh. It's not subtle, but it is likeable.I do think it's good value.

This comes very well packaged. The outer box is big and you wonder what size of bottle is underneath but that’s showy packaging for you.The bottle itself sits inside a little leather-like pouch and it makes it look like a hip-flask. The pouch is embossed with symbols of the periodic table with Ag being highlighted in silver.The scent is at first vaguely sweet and it does mention violets in the bumpf, then there is a rich peppery spicy-ness.You really do not need more than one quick squirt.Quite an unusual and luxurious scent.

The fragrance is packed nicely with a perhaps faux leather jacket sleeve that houses the bottle. Sadly my sleeve was creased during packaging and doesn't conform nicely to the bottle anymore. It would have looked great.The fragrance itself is richly scented and lasts quite a while. Sprayed onto clothes, you get a lovely whiff of the scent throughout the day. It's not overly powering and smells like a strong sandalwood with fresh linen.It's great value for the price and I'll consider getting this scent again.

I’ve been wearing this a few days now and can’t decide if i like it or not. It’s an Autumn/Winter fragrance, rich and heavy, not light and summery. I’m really terrible at describing smells, but for me, its a bit gingery and a bit floral with a slight talcum powder finish... but all in a good way. I can imagine wearing this on a cold and rainey Sunday, wrapping up warm with a roast in the oven. It lasts, i can smell it in the car after a day at work.

If first impressions count, then this is a winner - lovely packaging, classy black bottle with a copper top. Oozes masculinity from the outset. It has a typically masculine, slightly citrussy smell which is not too strong. I sprayed some on to test it and it lasted very well on my skin and I think the recipient of this at Christmas will be very pleased indeed with it. The price seems fair for the quality of the product.

It's hard to write a review for an Eau de Toilette as each fragrance tends to alter with who it is on and of course the smell is in the noise of the beholder (to mangle a phrase)But I can confirm that this Ted Baker Tonics - Ag (Silver) is really excellent.A good masculine fragrance that will not disappoint.This would make a fabulous Christmas Present for the Man in your life.
