This Ted Baker 'Sweet Treat' Polly is well named because it is a very sweet fragrance, without being cloying and sickly, and smells like a bowl of fresh-cut peaches drenched in some kind of floral-infused syrup. To be honest it's a bit characterless but not really in a bad way, it's very appealing but I doubt it'll ever become your signature scent. It's a young-ish fun fragrance and probably mainly aimed at teens and young adults but really almost any age could wear it and if you avoid being too heavy-handed it's subtle enough for wearing to work.The packaging is nice enough but the clear glass bottle means you'd be advised to keep it in the box because daylight can spoil or diminish your fragrances.

Polly is a fragrance from the Ted Baker Sweet Treats range – Ella and Mia are also available. It is an Eau de Toilette rather than an Eau de Parfums so is not as intense or long-lasting – Toilettes normally contains 5-9% of perfume oil whereas Parfums have 8-14%. My wife has worn Polly for over a week and likes it's subtle scent – particularly suitable for the autumn/winter seasons – but she has found that the fragrance doesn't really last all that long after it has been applied. The product is very nicely boxed in British fashion-house Ted Baker's signature pink which is complemented by rose gold; the bottle itself is colour-graduated and features a crystal etched dome cap reflecting the bobble clasp from the Ted Baker purse collection.

This is a review of Ted Baker’s 100 ml EDT, Polly version.The bottle - the shade of the glass is more saturated pink than on the picture. The rose gold cap with a jewell is a nice touch.Pricewise, £30 for a big 100 ml bottle is not a bad price.The fragrance smells exactly like it is described in the product info: fruity and flowery with an addition of amber, vanilla and white musk (another name for synthetic musk).The scent is rather delicate, not overpowering (does not give me the headache), a bit powdery, good for everyday use for both teenage girls and grown-up women. But this is not a very characteristic fragrance… I don’t think I would recognize it if someone was wearing it.Polly is a nice,

I’m a big fan of Polly. This is a lovely, girly, large bottle of EDT. The bottle itself is plain see through pink with an elaborate top. I use a lot of Ted Baker perfumes, I like their style and scents so this is a bit hit too.It’s great value for the size, it’s priced at 29.99 currently and is a nice, sweet, subtle scent - I don’t like very sweet perfumes but I like this, I don’t think this is too much and as it’s an EDT and not a EDP it’s not overpowering but the scent really lasts - I sprayed some in the morning and by mid afternoon I could still smell it on myself. I’m very impressed, it’s good quality and great value.Great for all ages, I feel like,

Gorgeous sweet Polly by Ted Baker , so girly and pinkie, pretty large tall bottle 100ml Eau De Toilette with a crystal etched dome pink cap.Arrived in a very pretty pink box with with gold logo ( Ted Baker London Ted's sweet treat ( Polly ).The perfume is so fruity and sweet without being sickly and overpowering, so lovely sweet Polly, a very light fragrance perfect for day or evening.Would make a perfect gift for a love one as Christmas once again around the corner especially mum or Nan giving to a daughter/ granddaughter as its so pinkie.Very pleased to say it arrived in a sealed box and a very good price at the time of writing this review( 30 pounds )

This is a very common scent; the kind of thing you will find in own brand scents by the big stores (Next et al) rather than the big couture names.It smells good without having any real tones or a 'this is supposed to smell like...' backstory. Neither does it smell cheap or feel like a bad choice; far from it.It's just.... nice!That's either a good thing or a bad thing.If you are a bloke buying for a woman and don't have a clue about perfume, get this.If you are a woman buying for a female friend and don't know what they like, get this because they won't dislike it; its too nice a smell to dislike!So a safe bet for Christmas or as a gift generally (which is what this is aimed at)

This is such a pretty box all pink and girly and would make a lovely gift for someone this Christmas or Birthday! Inside box is a lovely pink see through bottle with a round cap....all very pretty and classy. This is a large 100ml and you do get alot of perfume here. The fragrance is so lovely, its sweet, yet floral and gentle and has a lovely linger. I can smell a violet sweetness here. On me it didn't last for hours, but could pick up on it for quite a while, however, on my daughter it lingered and lasted for ages....so maybe it works differently for everyones chemistry. We would recommend this as its a beautiful scent from a quality fragrance house and will last a long time.

I reveiwed the 30ml eau de toilette. In attractive pink and gold packaging, the bottle is pink glass with a gold coloured lid. The scent is fruity with hints of grapefruit and mandarin and a floral back drop - something like honeysuckle and peony. This is a "girly" scent and whereas it is not too expensive, neither is it cheap - there are plenty of poor quality perfumes out there but this is not one! I quite like my wife in this and whereas i probably wouldn't have picked up this normally, it is surprisingly good and you eally should try it. What I usully do is go into my local branch and try the scent and then buy it on my phone through Amazon, so why not give it a go,

The perfume comes in a bright pink box which seems to be even brighter than the photo - I loved it!!The bottle is a much more subtle colour but still lovely and pink with a graduating brightness towards the bottom. The lid has a pretty pink gem in it but the bottle is very square which isn't easy to hold.The scent is very girly - sweet smelling with fruit and vanilla hints. It smells very sweet initially but settles quickly then stays around for hours.I normally use a heavier perfume but found this was perfect to use in the daytime.I'd probably but this for a younger woman and think it would suit anyone from teenage through to middle age.

'Polly' comes in a very pretty pink and gold bottle. The scent is very similar to a lot of the perfumes aimed at teens and young women. It is a powdery sweet scent. It isn't so sweet that it screams 'teen' so I do think an adult could get away with wearing it. I found it pleasant but it did smell like a lot of the other cheaper perfumes on the market. The longevity was what I was expecting for a scent in this price range in that it certainly lasts longer than a body spray, but not as long as a more expensive perfume. I think this would make an ideal gift for a teenager who wants something a bit more grown-up than a can of Impulse!

I ordered this for my wife and she's very pleased with it. She uses it as an every day fragrance and with it being a neat 30ml it lives in her work bag for freshening up when she's on the move.It's a sweet smelling yet not too overpowering scent - perfect for a quick spray to subtly keep a nice pleasant fragrance on you.The bottle is a lovely sleek and simple design with an attractive gold top which covers a push down spray button for easy application. It's very pink and feminine which is lovely as long as you're into that look.Great value for a fragrance that smells as good as it looks in the bottle.

This has a very sweet scent – as one may surmise from the product title.A pleasant fragrance with a strong note of vanilla as it's base; my assistant (and recipient of this item) agreed with me that it's very much a young person's scent. It comes well-packaged and presented in a glass diffuser bottle; my assistant didn't think it was particularly long-lasting, but I noticed it many hours after our initial trial.It's rather a pricey item, but the 100ml bottle is a good quantity and it would certainly make a nice gift.Only the price stops it getting top marks – otherwise it's a lovely, fresh EDT.

Aimed, I would suggest, specifically at teens, this rose & gold bottled Eau de Toilette has a light but long lasting scent. I, as an older guy, found it too 'sweet' for my taste, but who am I to judge the young ladies of today.Ted Baker, as a brand, has made a lot of strides over the more recent years to combine top quality perfumery/clothes etc and a similar, but cheaper line, for the younger generation who love the line but can't afford the top prices.With this scent, I think they have succeeded in producing a nice aroma, not too heavy, that will appeal

Polly, from the Ted Baker Sweet Treats range, does indeed smell sweet but not overly so. I've found that it tends to fade fairly quickly so, after quite short while, I'm left with just a hint of a sweet smell which is really quite pleasant.The bottle looks lovely - bright and modern - and doesn't come in an excess of packaging, which is refreshing. It is a bit of a shame that there is a plastic wrapper around the box when a seal might be nicer, given that we're all much more aware of plastic waste now. Hopefully Ted Baker are working on this...

This sweet treats perfume lives up to its name - it's super cute (and pink all over) with a lovely sweet, candy-like fragrance. It comes in a cute pink box, and the bottle isn't that big at only 30ml, but it looks classy enough to make up for it - domed mirror-bright rose gold-coloured cap and a transparent glass bottle with gradient colouring clear-to-pink. It seems aimed at young women and probably would make a great gift.The scent evaporates into the air after a while, so it's not that long-lasting but it's lovely while it lasts.
