Well what can I say but great product. This retails at a high price and I got highly discounted on a mega sale. I would never buy at full price as product doesn't come with anything as described! I was worried about fitting it in my daughters room (she shares with her baby brother) but item isn't big and bulky but also isn't tiny. Its a great size. She loves the lights switches. Please be aware you will need to purchase furniture/curtains ect and this can get pricey. But overall very happy with it.

Finally managed to purchase a home for our little friends...price was the best we've seen for a long time....Sylvanian fans would know houses are not furnished so please understand this before ordering . We selected Amazon packaging for more security and especially if this a surprise for your little ones. Delivery ace as usual.

brought this and a load of other Sylvanian bits for my granddaughter who is nearly 6 . I was not sure she would like it, thinking she may be to old, but I was wrong, she loves it and cannot get enough of it. She wants more and more bits so all in all was a good buy

My two year old girl just loves it. Pity it comes with so little, you need to buy furnishings. She already had the red roof cosy cotrage which can be used with this to make a big mansion, and came with little bits and pieces. I's worth it

Fantastic value for money. Excellent play, great imaginary skills can be developed as children engage with this item. Glad I purchased it. Looking forward to adding more furniture as time goes on to create a real home life experience.

Well packaged and arrived early. House closes for storage into a neat and attractive looking playtoy. Well played with on Christmas day by both granddaughters. These toys are expensive but do last and can be added to at any time.

I bought this as an early xmas present but my daughter found it! I put it together with ease. It's so pretty and detailed, something you don't see very often in modern doll houses. I'll be buying more sets.

Lovely item but a window fixture was missing. Please can you send this missing part as not wanting to return the whole house, will need dismantling. ? Many Thanks

Quite expensive when taking into account how many additional furniture sets have to be bought separately. But my child was over the moon. Excellent quality

Bought as an Christmas present for my niece she loves it. Was easy to set up and she’s had a lot of enjoyment out it. Very sturdy and looks good.

Product is as described.But was very disappointed as it arrived in the product box (no extra packaging) with carrier labels on the pictures.
