We bought this as a gift for my daughters 3rd birthday. She received the bottom starter house for Christmas so when this came on offer we got this as an addition. She loves Freya and her chocolate rabbit house so she loves that she now has their house complete with dinning table and bed. Mummy is just as excited with my daughters sylvanian collection as she is and she really does sit and play lovely with them. Sets that I know are going to last for years to come and quality that can be passed down.

A good set to get started with for my 6 year old daughter. Good value and cheaper than in the well known Toy store. We ended up extending it with the sweet Raspberry home as it is quite small on it's own. The ladder also does not fit well to the house and keeps falling off. My daughter loved it though, just be aware that you will get the same Rabbit again if you buy the chocolate Rabbit family. We just say that they are twins!

My 2 year old daughter absolutely loves her mansion! I attached photos just in case anyone had the same question as I'd had, which was does this connect to Sweet Raspberry Home! It does fit perfectly, the raspberry home is the bottom one and then the red roof cosy cottage is the top two floors, which just slots on top of the raspberry home. Stays put (mostly!) And she just loves it. Beautiful set.

Brought this for my daughter and It's a good add on for the Sweet Raspberry Home. This was a little bigger than I thought which Is great. Comes with table and chairs, a stove with frying pan and food etc. Putting all my other bits together In the house, It's lovely. You can also buy ceiling lights that you can add to the house which Is cool. Would 100% recommend and worth the money.

Sylvanian famalies have always been a part of growing up. Fun for all ages ( including adults lol) This house is the perfect starter and can be added to or o top of other sets. The only draw back reg ease of use wad that the stairs don't hook on to the house so we removed them as dd became frustrated. Other than that perfect gift with furniture to boot.

Our granddaughter was thrilled to receive this gift for her birthday and couldn't wait to start playing with it - accompanied by her younger sister, so we will no doubt be adding to it from the Sylvanian range for their future birthdays etc. It appeared to be well made and sturdy, so hopefully will give many hours of play for them.

Bought for my 3year old grand daughter for Christmas, she loved it, and started playing with it as soon as we’d put stickers on it. It would make more sense if the cottage came complete with stickers on, as we lost two of them when she didn’t realise on opening what they were for.

Much bigger that it was expected to be and my 6 year old daughter loves it. She used her saved money for it and waited patiently for it and we were both surprised with the size of it. I would say good value for money as had a lot of furniture and a character in it for £20.

Brought as a gift for my daughter who already has a house section that can be added to this one to make a larger house she is very happy with it, these are well built and offer hours of fun and help with imagination and roll play

Our Grandaughter loves this item, and she couldn't find anything wrong with it,so what I will say is that it's Excellent quality and Excellent service from this seller, I would definitely recommend and use this seller again.

This item is loved by my grandson whom loves everything Sylvanian. He might need a bigger room before he's finished, the hours of fun he has playing and talking to his characters is amazing.

Sits nicely on the Sweet Raspberry Home to make a much needed extension, the front door doesn’t open though because the roof the Raspberry home gets in the way, but that doesn’t matter.

Lovely starter kit for sylvanian familie beginners, good quality and the figure is adorable. Later found a wallpaper kit you can buy for £5 online to spruce it up inside abit.
