This was bought for my granddaughter Mary, aged 9, who has just discovered the delights of Sylvanian Families. I, aged 78 and my daughter, aged 52, have often said how we wished they had been around when we were little. Of course in my childhood it was war time and there were no toys around. perhaps some colouring books and crayons if you were lucky. My daughter did buy me the meercats grandma and grandpa for Christmas! This is now an opportunity for me to play Sylvanian Families with Mary when I go to visit. She was very lucky on her birthday and received quite a lot of it. Thank you for your prompt service, I was absolutely delicghted with it.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my 5 year old daughter. It is made from plastic but seems durable. I like how it comes with some furniture and also a figure. Freya is dressed in a pretty dress and looks well made. The furniture is of good quality too. Perfect set for starting your collection! Ive bought the camper van and the school house too and while they are also lovely, they don't come with any figures, so I feel this is very good value for money. I can't imagine any child being disappointed with it. Can't wait to see my daughters face on Christmas Day!!

Sylvanian family cosy cottageIt's a very good quality house for the price and it also has furniture which is very good quality as well which is a bonus it was bought for a birthday gift and it was greatfully received it came on time and was well packaged it was just as described in the picture It is a very pretty toy house and I am sure any little girl would love it, I would recommend it to family and friends and I would buy again great value. Thank you

A great starter home for any collector. Affordable and contains quite a bargain considering what you're getting for your money. The rabbit figure is lovely too, although it is annoying she comes singularly since if you buy the rest of the Chocolate Rabbit set you end up with the girl character again. But hey ho maybe they could be twins?!

Absolutely chuffed to bits with the quality of this item. Purchased for my daughter for Christmas (who will be turning 3 at the end of January) and she loves it. So much so, I have bought her Beechwood hall as an attachment for her birthday. Great for the imagination and role play, I like it too!

I really like the Sylvanian family collection. It is to be hoped my granddaughter of 3 will do so as well. I feel sure she will. Things are quite expensive but are so loveable with lots of scope for play. Not sure as to sturdiness as haven't given the gift yet but looks well made and strong.

Really Nice to start Your child With syllvanianfamily. Its pretty cheap and the same good quality. Only thing I dident like was the little rabbit that came along With the house. The ears are dark Brown, but it lost its fur on the ears just after a couple days. But still Worth every penny :D

My 3 yr old loved this. Had it straight out of the box - ignoring other unopened presents - to play and it's still one of her more popular toys. The range is expensive but she mixes it with other Happyland etc sets to build a community and extend her play options.

My daughter loves her cosy cottage addition to her sylvanian collection. She also loves the fact it can sit on the top of her seaside restaurant! Fab buy and the fact it came with Freya rabbit she was sooo chuffed with her birthday present ?

Bought this as one ov my daughters xmas preasants , she loves it one happy girl , cant wait for her birthday so she can add more , arrived on time , was worried due to post , and ordered late , it's a great item for any little girl !!

A good start to your collection.Doesn't have any sharp edges and easy to clean. Love the ladder.Everything is cleanable with lots of different styles to choose from.Has a removable floor to make a garden with if needed.

Bought for my Granddaughters for Xmas along with 12 other Sylvanian pieces.They will love playing with them.Sylvanian products are of the greatest quality and I can't wait to see their faces on Xmas day

Although this is put away for Christmas, I've checked it and as with all sylvanian family toys it's lovely, love the attention to detail. Sweet little house that isn't to big for little hands
