Figures and house a bit on the small size... think its one of those toys they have designed to keep u buying ...adding to ... my grandchild doesnt seem too interested in it much... bought the house and bus.... nothing special for the money... its one of those fads that will die out. Not impressed really.... but other might.

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of this item! I got it for £6, absolute bargain, my daughter loves Sylvanian families and the babies cot with the steps and slide is just perfect for her. I would definitely recommend this, but if you are buying for an older child then maybe purchase a bit more furniture with it.

Well made and sturdy, you can also stack some of the other buildings on top of it to save space or create a larger house.Mine came in the Sylvanian box within an Amazon box, so I'm assuming packaging has been improved since many previous reviewers did not receive it in an Amazon box

I bought one of these on special offer for my 8yr old daughter who is a Sylvanian Families fan.It is so good value for the money that my daughter bought one for my grandaughter. Small without being too small and extendable plenty of scope for imaginative play .

We bought this for our 3 year old. Sylvanian famalies never dissapoint. Great srarter home, we will be looking for additional pieces to make it bigger. Bought while reduced via offers, great item even at regular price. One happy dd on her birthday x

This is excellent, it even contains a Sylvanian baby which on its own would cost £5.99, so I consider this house excellent value! The details and colours are traditional and in-keeping with any Sylvanian village!

Gorgeous edition to collection, use as an extra floor or room with your other sylvanian buildings. Perfect for use with cosy cottage to make 3 floor home. Comes with baby and slide bed.

I love this small house and how it connects onto my cosy cottage it looks great with my beachwood hall. Only thing is the chocolate rabbit that comes with it is in a of of other sets.

Got this for my sister to put her Sylvanian bunnies into. It has an excellent appearance, with the porch and door and the ample living space inside. For £10, it felt like a bargain.

This is great as a starter collection piece and I like the fact that you can add to this and buy other products to go with it.My Granddaughter will be getting it at christmas

I bought this just before Christmas as a gift for my baby girl however she will be seeing it January for her birthday. I over buy on the christmas pressure so kept this back

Love sylvanian toys and this is another purchase I have made for my granddaughter. My daughter and granddaughters spend hours playing with sylvanian families and houses etc.

I brought this set for my daughters birthday. She loves it! There’s enough pieces to use as a set on its own but I think we will be collecting more to go alongside it.

Great item , great price but given 4 stars not 5 because it was unpackaged with a great big label on the front of the box which I’m having to painstakingly peel off

Great value as on offer, love all Sylvanian families, well made lovely touches and great attention to detail. Bought as a gift so not had all of it out of the box
