Considering the fact that Funko has been upping their game (No pun intended) with the Game of Thrones' Pop!'s they produce, I've become a bit spoiled, and hold Funko to high expectations and fantastic standards. Considering how many boxes they had to tuck with this figure that were successfully ticked, this has to be the best Pop! I've ever received from them.Stannis Baratheon is a hard Man to recreate the first impression of and, I have to say, dressed in his shining armour, Funko has pulled it off expertly. The detail on Stannis' chainmail shirt is astounding and his hair, eyes, gloves and chestplate have each had a very similar amount of care taken when painted. They decided to make the shiny,glossy paint used for his chestplate more of a gun-metal grey than their usual bright silver gloss and it makes him look so badass you wouldn't believe it.There are a few mistakes that have been made, however. For some reason, there's a bright silver paint application error on his right arm and, although I usually forgive Funko for blips like the occasional spot of paint, this is a large, shiny blob that takes away a lot of the detail from his armour. Also, despite how much effort has gone into the figure, his beard looks...rushed. It's smudged and faded, whereas my Jon Snow figure, whos' beard was painted using the same technique, has a nice, neat line of black.Either way, this is one of Funko's best figured and the errors, although frustrating, aren't guaranteed with each figure. I would definitely recommend adding this fantastic figure to your Funko army as their commander and King!

I began purchasing these as gifts for my partner who is a big fan of the Game of Thrones TV series. She spied her eyes on these in Forbidden Planet and fell in love. I have to be honest these little figurines are starting to win me over. At first I thought they were a tad expensive or what they are, but although I wouldn't call them "highly" detailed as the description says, they are detailed enough to warrant the £9-£12 markup, which lost a star last time.So after purchasing Daenerys the next item on the list was obviously Khal Drogo. He stands just under 4 inches tall (about the same size as my Samsung S3 Mini) and comes holding a small sword. I have noticed the item itself is not as glossy as it looks in the picture,which personally I think looks a lot nicer. I've sneakily taking this out of the packaging this time as my partner likes to keep them in the boxes and can report that he stands up very easily without any need of assistance. detail at the back is nice with his small ponytail. The only slight issue is there is a visible join where the head attaches to the body if you look up at it from a low angle. However once on display it's hardly noticeable unless you go looking for it.It's very cute and looks very much at home on display. There are HUNDREDS of these to collect with a huge catalogue of different characters, from Game of Thrones to Marvel, Disney and even horror films like Nightmare on Elm Street and Halloween.Overall a good solid little figurine, Game of Thrones fans will love it, but be warned collecting these can become VERY addictive!

We are huge Game of Thrones fans in our house. We also have several Funko Pop figurines to go along with or love of GoT, TWD and other Sci-Fi interests. My partner is House Targaeryan (!!) and I had already bought her a Danaerys and a Drogon as separate figures previously. When the Danaerys riding atop of Drogon was released she made it clear in no uncertain terms that she wanted it. Our anniversary came around and I thought of this immediately for her as a gift and purchased it on Amazon Prime to ensure next day delivery.On opening the present she was not disappointed in the slightest. Drogon is roughly twice the size of regular Funko Pop figures, is well detailed and finished to a high specification.Dany is wearing her white dress and also can be removed from Drogon's back. Her legs are bent in a riding position so she can only ever really be positioned on the back of Drogon (althugh she did end up riding my Rick Grimes Walking Dead Funko Pop figure briefly for a cheap schoolboy joke!!)Dany riding Drogon will make an excellent addition to ay Funko Pop collection or for anyone who enjoys the Game of Thrones series even if this is the first Funko Pop that you buy.Previous Funko Pop figures have been criticised for a poor finish which has led me to avoid some characters, I can assure you that this model does not suffer with that problem. Buy with confidence you won't be disappointed

As far as funko's "Pop!" line goes, their more recent figures, especially from the Game of Thrones line, have had blood, sweat and tears poured into them, and buff, bearded Tormund here is no exception.I absolutely adore the amount of detail that's been put into this figure. He's been carefully painted and molded, with very fine details put in via the paintwork. They've even painted the sharp end of his blade! The fur frills and collars are fantastically molded and you can practically see every single curl in his beard and hair. This is perhaps one of my favourite figures thus far!I wouldn't say its' perfect. He's been molded in a battle stance and, therefore, is a little bit more wobbly than my other figures,but I can forgive such a small screw up considering how much effort they've put into him, as well as the occasional paint error. However, at the time of this review, the figure costs £15.99, which is...just too much for a Pop! figure. Even one of this quality.Overall, it's a fantastic figure and a worthwhile addition to any Game of Thrones fan's collection. Perhaps wait until the price goes down a bit, though...

I bought this Pop for my girlfriend on our anniversary as she is a huge fan of Game of Thrones (especially Daenerys) and has been eyeing these up for some time.I can't comment too much on how the item stands (as a previous reviewer mentioned it's difficulty in staying upright) as my girlfriend absolutely refuses to take it out of the box! However the paintwork and detail are very nice and I can see how these could become a very addictive collection hobby. The item itself is about the size of an adults hands (average).It does however lose 1 start because even though I love it and will most likely be buying more for my girlfriend to collect,I do think the price mark up is a tad steep for what it is.Overall a solid 4/5 and a welcome addition for any Game of Throne fan. Be warned there are far more of these available based on different characters from film and games, so once you Pop, you won't stop! (Sorry!)

This is one of the coolest Pop! Funkos of my collection, and I'm so happy that I bought it. Don't let the price put you off - while it seems expensive, it's worth every penny. I ordered from a seller in Canada and their delivery was extremely prompt, as was their packaging which kept the Funko well wrapped in an undamaged box. The Funko itself is a lot bigger than the usual ones you can buy, and it has a surprising weight to it which makes it a great collectible to put on display. Daenerys is detachable as well which I think is a great feature if you simply want Drogon to show off! The level of detail on Drogon alone is spectacular and, together, he and Dany look formidable on my bookcase.This Funko is one hell of a conversation starter!

Brilliant item. A lot smaller than it looks online, but still very lovely. Painted well. Sword is a nice little touch. It's something that children shouldn't play with, but something you just keep close and can look at from time to time. If you have space, or just need something filled. These Pop! Vinyls are the best way to go. They are small, but the more you buy, the more your room will be filled up by them. They have different varieties. I chose to start with this lovely Arya Stark. If Amazon don't have it, go to Forbidden Planet. Or, swip side. If Forbidden Planet don't have it, but Amazon do. Go here. Buy NEW obviously, but in all.. it's a fun, loving, little collectable to buy,that'll make you want to buy more.

Love my new 'Night King Funko Pop'.Started watching Game of Thrones just last year. Had no idea what I was missing, but that just meant I didn't have to wait too long to see what happened next. :)Whilst waiting for Season 8, I decided I needed some GoT Funko Pop's. I wasn't disappointed. Bought my item from a seller but it was fulfilled by Amazon. It arrived in perfect condition and the price was reasonable (not like the steep prices I've seen on other websites).I would definitely recommend adding the 'Night King' to your GoT Funko pop collection, or even if you only have a few select GoT characters. It is very detailed and not as scary as the real 'Night King'. O_o Lol.

I have fairly recently become a little obsessed with Funko pop. I started by buying figures from my favourite film, "Labyrinth" and it has really taken on from there. When I saw this particular one, it didn't take me long to part with my money. As you can probably tell from the main picture on Amazon, this is larger than your normal Funko pops. The dragon actually has quite a bit of weight to it, and because of the wingspan, it takes more room than the others. Originally, I had planned to display her on one of my bookshelves, but instead I have out her on top of a pile of books, and she does really look good there. If you are a fan of GoT, this really is a must.

Fantastic model!!!! This model was highly detailed and looks great next to my TV. I got this model for my mother on her birthday as she is a great game of thrones fan and loves Tyrion. Even she was impressed how good it like looks. I will probably buy more of these in the future for gifts to friends. I was planning on getting my mate a Robb Stark one to celebrate his wedding ;) The only problem I had with this is that the box was slightly damaged but I'm not bothered as the model still looked great. I will highly recommend this make to anyone who is a collector or fan of the show. Personally I'd like to thank the company for making my mother's birthday :)

Box was undamaged, product inside was brilliant, classic pop quality (mostly i know some have faults, but I've been lucky so far) looks so good I'm now going to get the other 2 6" ones. Shame the others aren't in a mountable position like this one, then id be able to prop Jon on Rhaegal :D. This one was a no brainer for me, after the years of waiting to see it on screen (yes the scene on the show wasn't as good as the book but it's HBO they get what they can right, not their fault they have to dumb it down for casual watchers...) although may hold off, in case they release one later on with Jon on it... like this one.

Daenerys and Drogon manage to look so fierce and cute at the same time, setting Kings Landing ablaze with a fiery vengeance. Very accurate depiction of what both characters look like during the episode “The Bells” in the final season of Game of Thrones. I was so hyped up for this figure to come out as it’s one of my favourite scenes in the show; the detail is amazing - the Targaryen uniform Daenerys wears, her braids, Drogon flames and ashes showing on both the figures. Drogon has quite a bit of weight to him so you know it’s quality made. Box comes with a picture of the Red Keep castle as well.

I love her, this pop is super cute! I enjoy collecting pop vinyls and this is a great addition to my collection! After reading the other reviews her not being able to stand was expected, however, if you place a small thin piece of card under her heels she will stand just fine! The paintwork on my model is pretty neat, my only issue is the two strands of hair at either side of her head are two separate pieces and have been stuck on and you can see the glue line and slight gap which is irritating but overall I love her and for the price of £7.99 would recommend buying.

Petyr Baelish, the slimy, snaky, ruthless, almost anti-hero (no spoilers for those still to watch the latest series...) from the Vale of Arryn is immortalised in the way that only Funko can pull off - a fantastic Pop! Vinyl figure! Featuring his trademark goatee/Van Dyke beard, and his swept fringe, and a carefully crafted outfit, this figure looks incredible in any Game of Thrones collection. It's just missing the soothing mock-Welsh tones of Irish actor Aiden Gillan. Perhaps Funk should do Pop! Vinyls with voice chips? "Sahnsah..."
