Fantastic service from this seller, the bulb arrived in tip top condition inside a cardboard box stuffed full of packaging beans ' the bulb itself gives off a clean white light its extremely bright once warmed up after two minutes, it will only work on a fitting with an electronic ballast, in other words no separate starter switch involved, these bulbs will last for a very long time so long as you are not constantly switching it on and off, such as in a bathroom or toilet at home, left on for the evening until bedtime etc will help these type of bulbs to last as it clearly states on the packaging the specified 15,000 hours life span, and not the 10,000 as it says on the product information,
