delivery was ok took a while but worth the wait great item came in great condition but I had to but some of the items in the bin but you get that much in the box you don't really care but you shouldn't have to bin items that's why only 4 stars cause besides that problem the item is great love the doll and all the little items you get are great I would buy again in a heart beat if they solve the item problem over all happy but could of been happier
