I love these dishes. Perfect for roast potatoes, a chicken, roasting lots of chicken portions... No non stick to poison you, and the enamelled cast iron gets better and better as you use and season it. I have two of them and hope to buy the third, intermediate size eventually

Great standard Staub quality. Looks great and cooks wonderfully. Easy to clean if you follow the guide. Haven’t put it in the dishwasher, never been necessary. Good heat retention as you’d expect from cast iron.A nice addition to the collection.

Great little roasting dish for 1-3 people.Roasted potatoes, parsnips and honey glazed carrots with fantastic results.Like all quality cast iron-will improve with use.
