I've collected various Le Creuset ceramic casserole and baking dishes of varying sizes and colours over the years and have always been really pleased with the quality, and more importantly for me how easily they are cleaned - even where food is really baked on it’s never a problem. They are so well made and they’re a real pleasure to use. Therefore I didn't have any concerns whatsoever when I saw they'd brought a new bakeware range out and bought five individual pieces, sight unseen. They're brilliant. I can honestly say in all the years I have been (reluctantly) cooking every day for my family that this is without doubt the best bakeware I've ever used – every tin I’ve bought over the years I’ve hoped would work like these ones,

I don't know if this is the best non-stick ovenware on the planet, but I do know it has about as much stickability as a well buttered ice-rink!! I have 3 pieces: this, the 23cm square & the 31cm baking tray, & no matter what goes on them, including slow cooked Sunday joints, they require little more than a damp sponge to restore them to showroom condition.Well priced for Le Creuset & I would certainly buy more. In fact the only small issue is that you need to be careful putting them in the oven because no matter how well you have centred the item on the tray, the act of sliding it onto a shelf & stopping causes the item to slither to the other side of the tray!

I have a couple of these Le Creuset baking trays and have found them ideal for baking and general cooking in the oven. The metal is very thick, which makes the items heavy but aids heat conduction and thus even cooking without burning.The only drawback is that the items should not be placed in a dishwasher, only washed by hand. They clean easily but it is a drawback for me as I am so used to just being able to stack everything in the dishwasher and not have to worry. I suspect the requirement for handwashing is to help preserve the non-stick coating; so far, so good and no issues at this stage. I will update should there be a problem but four stars for now.

I have recently started converting all of my cookware to Le Creuset products and this is my latest purchase. The tray seems sturdy but I am a little surprised by the size.The size advertised is the external measurements. The international available cooking space is much less. There is a lip to this product which takes up much of the advertised space so, if you were thinking of roasting a chicken in this tray; forget it!I guess I will need to keep this for pastries etc and buy a proper roasting tray.It's now July and I have started to see marks and scratches on the tray. Not their best product.

Excellent nonstick baking tray that is suitable for all ovens and cookers. It is sturdy without being heavy so it is easy to take out of the over and place straight on a heated ring. The 2 orange tabs on each end do not heat up. It’s the easiest tray to clean. The only drawback is that it’s not dishwasher safe. It is also extremely good value for your money

The size of 28cm x 20cm refer to the inner dimensions of the tray so it's a good size for me as I live alone and generally only cook for a small number. I've got the superb Le Creuset pizza tray in the same range which I've used quite a lot and it's still as good as new. I expect this roasting tray will be equally as good. Very happy!

These are the perfect roasting and baking tins. If you buy these, you are set for life. They are great and are actually non-stick - we've all had those that say "non-stick", they are used a few times and they are not non-stick anymore. Not what I would call cheap, but not expensive either - remember, you get what you pay for!

Used this for baking brownies, lasagna etc. After all those quarter price trays of old, this one works like a dream. I didn’t oil the tray for cookies but the cookies popped out easily. Used baking parchment for brownies bcos is was lazy. Cleaning is a quick rinse in warm water.

This range of Le Creuset bakeware is outstanding, although exspensive, it is well worth the cost simply for the after clean-up alone. Simply dunk in warm soapy water - wait for few minues and even the toughest product releases from the surface. Baking results are excellent.

Wonderful properties and truly NON STICK! Just lightly wipe the surface after use and any residue comes away. I always just smear a little oil onto the surface before use (more habit than anything else) and the pan just delivers! Wonderful to work with!!

I have bought a few of this range. I am most happy with the quality and love the fact they clean easily and parchment is not necessarily needed (dependent on what one is baking!) they have a good clean look and are sturdy and weighty.

I don't know what people are doing with these trays??I've just done another traybake in mine and didn't even line it and it popped out no problem.It doesn't stick at all!!Hand washed and put in the oven to dry job done !!

We did have a problem with our first one of these this is a replacement which Amazon kindly provided. The first one lost it's surface in places. I have a whole set of these and they are great apart from this problem on one.

I've got several items from this range and they are all excellent quality.Not cheap, but much better than any other bakeware I've found.The metal is really thick and the non-stick surface is excellent too.

I have been mainly buying Le Creuset products for my kitchen now as they just are the best brand I have found. They work brilliantly and the quality is worth the extra cost. Really pleased with their products
