Been extremely impressed with this over the last few months. I initially bought it to prove a point to the kitchen fitters of my new kitchen who installed my entire kitchen on the piste and i made them redo the entire thing, to say they were livid is an understatement, they should have done their job properly in the 1st place. I had to take them to court in the end and it turned out the kitchen fitters spirit level was 30 years old, and had never been measured since, and both mine and his had to be independently tested to solve the argument over who was right, turns out i was, 99.98% accurate. His was 83.27%.So this little spirit level that cost me 6 quid actually saved me over ten grand in legal fees and the cost of the kitchen refit.I recently just used it to put up rows of book shelves, i wanted to do the entire wall, so it ended up being 6 lots of 600mm shelves and its really difficult to get them 100% level because my walls are not level, but i was pretty close.Picture attached of the shelves after i had put them up.

For very many years this was my only "good" level.I've had longer, cheaper ones, mainly inaccurate.I'e had longer good ones that were easier to use, and for precision and dependability, a long level will always be easier to use and will therefore tend to produce more accurate work but this little torprdo level can be just as accurate - it will just take longer to make absolutely certain it IS level, and that' its only disadvantage.. it's a trade off.Great little level; bit of a pain in the rear to read tiny corrections.Well worth having.

Bought this to keep in our new motorhome. I looked at the purpose-made caravan levels, but they are so small the scope for error in them seems huge (as is revealed by many of the reviews). This is large enough to be much more accurate, small and cheap enough to not be bothered about. It will just live in the cutlery tray, and come out on the worktop when we park up so we can instantly see where the levelling blocks need to go. It even has a gauge for measuring 45 degrees - not sure we will be needing that!

Unbeatable quality for the price. This is a small torpedo shaped level with a magnetic base so you can stick it to anything from fridges, to washers. Anything that a magnet would stick to.It is very sturdy and its compact size makes it perfect for your regular DIY jobs around the house. The extremities are rubberised and there is a hook hole on each tip. The 3 spirit levels included are quire accurate, so I believe this will be something that will last. All in all this is exactly what I was looking for.

A very solidly built, professional spirit level. Unfortunately there isn't much more to say about this as the item description says it all, apart from that I personally find the magnet very useful, and that the level can be trusted.Sometimes you can't quite be sure about products bearing the Stanley name - however normally they are made to a high standard, and this is no exception.

A proper tough little bugger, this.Only 9 inches long, so obviously you aren't going to use it to fit 6ft shelves, but for small work it's ideal. Magnetic base, rubber ends that means it just bounces when you drop it, and 3 dials at different angles. Really nice quality - I'm surprised it's not branded as FatMax so they can add 50% on the price.A brilliant toolbox filler.

Great tool, purchased for my patio wall building... I did notice however that the bubble appears to stick on occasions so a gentle tap was required to get the accuracy, 9 times out of 10 no issues. I actually found another one level in the garage which I have been using along side this and this didn't have the sticking issue.

I bought this item as a cheap replacement for an old spirit level, in which the air bubble was nearly gone. I knew it would be shorter but with the use of a plank longer than the level itself, this has not proven to be a problem. 1* dropped purely because it doesn't feel particularly rugged but then again, it is very cheap.

I can't tell you how many times I've dropped this tool and it's still fine. Arrived on time, well packaged and in pristine condition. A lovely piece of kit at a fantastic price. My only criticism is if one day, one of the spirit level vials need replacing there is no way to take the spirit level apart.

Great little level. Ideal when you need something small to fit in your general tool bag.The added bonus that it has a magnet, making it easy to level something (metal frame) while marking holes. Spot on. I’ve also dropped it during it’s first use, definitely shock proof. No issues at all. Recommend.

Seems accurate out of the box (well horizontal and perpendicular anyway - not tested 45 degrees). Handy size for the toolbox, would not normally use such a small level for anything important/ requiring accuracy but it's always handy to have a backup and it's conveniently sized and inexpensive.

Works well, it's magnetic on one side which is handy for levelling metallic objects when you're short on hands. Looks smart and like it will last. Don't forget spare bubbles, if you scroll through the recommended similar items you'll find some good ones, I always keep a pack in my tool box

I'm not a brand addict but when it comes to certain items i play it safe. And i've grown up seeing only Stanley levellers. And i got this on a lightning deal.I've never checked whether local DIY stores would do it cheaper but i find Amazon is still very competitive against them

If you're looking for a boat level, thats cheap and good quality, look no further.Being an electrician, I went for the CK one. Don't. It was so crap, I'm sure it was fake. But this Stanley one is great. Bubbles are spot on (checked), feels solid and a good magnet.Sorted.

It’s a pretty good level.Only small downside is the magnet slightly protrudes the base of the level and the level edges are bevelled. If you want to use it to draw a level line it’s not ideal. If you just want it to check something is level, it’s more than adequate.
