The ten colours are all very different to the usual neon colours.There is a black, a grey and a 2 different light blues, a pink, an orange another pink and a light brown. They are attractive shades and it makes a nice change to highlight in grey instead of bright pink or yellow.You can use these to highlight or to colour in. It is good to have different colours to highlight different topics or points.the Brand Staedtler is a good brand and in my experience the highlighter remain usable for a long time.I did find it hard to pull off the caps. I have weak muscles but usually its not an issue. This time it was after removing the ten caps and replacing my arms were aching.

I bought these highlighters to annotate my university notes as revision for my exams. I didn't want something too in your face as I was highlighting up to entire sentences and equations so I didn't want to use my normal bright yellow highlighter (which has its uses). These highlighters are the perfect colour for being able to quickly scan for the important information but also aren't distracting if trying to read more in-depth. The pastel colours are also very pretty and made my notes more appealing. They last a decently long time - if I were to highlight every word in a document, they would probably each manage 150 pages, if not more. They also didn't dry out when I forgot to put the lids on.

Beautiful pastel set of highlighters. Glides easily through text without any mis-lighting.Some lovely unusual colours, even the yellow is a more vintage, 'yolk' colour. I much prefer these subtle, yet trendy shades instead of their luminescent counterparts.The Black 'Hide-Lighter' is a revelation! Perfect for proof-reading and editing. It doesn't run through to the other side of the page like a sharpie. Wish I'd known about this sooner!It can redact documents before scanning too, which is useful for addresses or sensitive material.Very suited to a design or artsy enthusiast.

If you have a job that requires you to use these things every day, you need a nice highlighter. I have literally tried every highlighter on the market and these are still my favorite. One of the most impressive aspects of these highlighters is their unique pastel colors. If you look closely, the colors provided by the company are different from anything you will see on the market. They feel good in your hand and place nice, bold highlights on your documents. My biggest issue with this product is trying to keep people from stealing them out of my office.

I’m obsessed the original/neon colors of the STAEDTLER highlighters, so I decided to try these for more variety. Pros & Cons below:PROS: I love the colors, they are like the Stabilo Boss pastel highlighters only A LOT cheaper, last longer, and do not bleed as bad as the Stabilo.CONS: unlike the neon STAEDTLER pack, this pastel STAEDTLER pack can bleed through paper. It doesn’t bleed completely, only when you’re finished highlighting/about to lift the pen off the paper. This isn’t a big deal, just had high expectations compared to the neon pack.

Long gone are the days of the dayglo neon bright highlighters being the only option - I always found seeing a page of my work highlighted quite upsetting. I think I found the colours so aggressive.SO I'm delighted to use this gorgeous range of colours in the same chisel tip, chunky hold, stabilo pen. But this time, softer, calmer, gentler colours.I use them for literally everything and they are lasting really well.Superb value, great quality. Perfect for me.

I love these. They come in a selection of really cute colours. However, while the pack colour is pale, I did find some of them were darker than I expected and as I was using to highlight text in a book that was a bit annoying. I suggest you check them on the back of an envelope before marking a precious book!! (The black one clearly is meant to cover over text and that gets lots of use!!)I could have done with one or two that were even a little bit paler.

Totally happy with this set.... best for the money..Doesnt bleed much....depends on paper quality..... cute pastel shades. .highly recommended.... dont think its 800 .. costly...but its a one time investment types... i thought of taking the other brand at first. But after checking about these...i just brought them without thinking much...... seriously this is the best investment on stationery items I've ever made. ...... thank you STAEDTLER...❤❤❤❤

Added photos so you can see how well the coverage is and how well they write , colours can be mixed as well which is great for artwork , my youngest daughter has claimed these for her artwork for school and for home . These STAEDTLER pastel vintage colours are just beautiful and so smooth and offer great coverage , ideal for artwork and drawing as well as for highlighter pens . Highly recommended and they should last a long time .

Despite of using stabilo boss & zebra pastel highlighters, this one from Staedtler is an absolute stunner & a winner of pastel highlighters battle. With 9 wide range pastel colors (apart from black one) @ less than 600 bucks is an absolute steal. The colors are unique & with minimal ghosting & spillage. Easy to use so far.. Best buy...pro tip - Use the black highlighter as an erasor/ masking some lines wriiten by pen.

They have the most sturdy pen tips. Colors are just so pretty and the flow is consistent. It smears on gel pen little bit more than the original ones, but I really haven't found any pastel highlighters that doesn't smear the gel pens (unless it is smear proof/resistant gel pens). If you are planning to highlight gel pen written text I recommend the original colors, from my experience they are most resistent to smearing.

I love these. Not only do you get some vintage colours but you get new pastel colours as well. Having a pack of 10 is very helpful especially for college and university.I love the purple and grey ones. I am in college at the moment studying for a degree so these are coming in super helpful for planning assignments.Fantastic value, easy to use, comfortable to hold, nice and wet, but dry quickly. Would buy again.

These are perfect, pastel highlighters. The colours are so vibrant yet still remain very soft. They don't bleed through the paper as much as other brands I have used which is great. The colours are perfect and highlight text really clearly, while still leaving the text easy to read.The only slightly disappointing one is the yellow, which is still a bit more neon, and definitely not as pastelly as the others.

This is a lovely pack of ten highlights, in pastel and vintage colours. You get some very unusual shades, such as grey (really pretty) and black.I always buy Staedtler highlighters, as I am currently doing a course and, back in student mode, in middle age, am delighting in highlighting everything in sight! Seriously, these are excellent quality, really good choice of colours and good value.

I like the pastel colors, which are less likely to bleed than the regular colors – though Textsurfers even in dark colors bleed less than other brands I've tried. Textsurfers also don't smear gel pen or inkjet printer ink as much as other brands (usually no smearing if the ink is thoroughly dry). And it's easier to see text clearly through a light color highlighter.
