Sharpie pens write on almost anything from CDs, Fabric and even glass and ceramics but you have to bake it to make it stay on glass. On some materials you have to let the ink set for a few seconds to avoid smudging and rubbing. With a set of 24 you will never run out of colours to chose from and the ink in each one last a long time. For the price of £9.00 this is amazing value for money with each pen costing 37.5 Pence in the UK. These sharpies are ideal for students studying and making "Mind Maps" and are an ideal gift for any students you may know. Children will also love the wide range of colours in the set and will enjoy drawing with them,

This review is for ' Sharpie Permanent Markers, Fine Point, Limited Edition 80s Glam Colours - Pack of 24'.Who doesn't love Sharpies!?I brought these for my mum has she kept borrowing mine every time she is around at my house or when I when to visit her! So I decided it was time she had her own!I choose this GLAM 80's 24 piece pack as the colour range is great; as well as 19 regular colours, it also includes; 'high-impact vivid 80s glam limited edition colours: Valley girl violet, banana clip yellow, jellie pink, leg warmer orange and argyle green'. Don't be put off by the odd name - 80s Glam - this is an excellent range of Sharpie pens for an unbelievable price. These are standard Sharpie colours with a few so-called 'glam' colours thrown in for good measure, but there are also some pastel colours and so on.If you don't know about Sharpies yet, you are in for a treat. These pens work on so many surfaces, and if you surf the net, you will find Sharpie art on wood, which looks wonderful. I was inspired by a photo of a ukulele which had been decorated with Sharpies. It takes doodling to a new level! I actually bought these to decorate my small wooden beehive (nucleus hive to the initiated) and I am delighted with the result. Now I am hooked.

Everyone knows their Sharpies. I have had many over the years but this is the first time I bought a set. This 80's glam Sharpie Permanent Markers, Fine Point, Limited Edition 80s Glam Colours - Pack of 24 is really good.24 vibrant colours to chose from. Lovely if you wish to colour in with them or to mark your CDs or even to use in the lab to mark your tubes. The fine point makes them extra special to be used in any crafts or day to day activities. My kids love them to use in their school projects. As always great quality. The ink dries immediately so there are no issues with it. Does not run with plain water. To remove you will need a very strong or pure alcohol as those found in the lab.

There really is no comparison to a Sharpie. I was using cheap copies and the difference in quality is night and day. Sharpies just have a cleaner, more vivid finish than any of the cheaper alternatives.The nibs are far sharper and more durable to pressure and they last a long time - I've had this set for months and use them every week and they're still as good as when I got them.I managed to snag these on a prime deal, which made them even better value. At time of writing, they're listed at £9.99. For 24 pens, that works out at about 42p per pen. Considering that you would be paying upwards of £1-2 per pen in the local high street; there's a considerable saving to be made on these.The colours themselves are more vivid and funky than the standard Sharpie colours.

These pens were purchased for my 8 year old son who loves drawing and sketching.The pens arrived quickly and the price of the pens were of exceptional value.The colours available in the set were varied and when used the colours were vibrant and true to the colour advertised.Having purchased cheaper versions of these pens, it is clear that the Sharpies are by far superior in quality and how long they last; the strength of the marks on paper are fantastic and they seem to last and last.My son treasures his Sharpies and really looks after them; he is proud to own a set of them and finds they add a quality touch to his art work.Personally, I have used then to decorate plates and mugs,

These are an excellent buy - good value for money and they work well. The nibs on these pens are nice and clear - sharper and easier to write with than many permanent markers (with a flat edge) and yet much more visible and thicker than a normal pen. I use these for making flash cards for teaching and also for labelling uniform. Despite washing uniform over the year, the pen marks are still clearly visible. With writing - for flash cards or on plastic - the pen does not blur and is easy to write with. Overall, these are the best permanent markers I have found. Obviously, you cannot check online, but if you buy them from a shop then just check the date on them as they can dry out.

This is a multi listing and I have the option "assorted pack of 24" fine point Sharpie markers.I have been using these to colour in as well as to outline drawings on canvas tote bags. They are alcohol based pens and work well on canvas, paper and the colours are bright and vibrant. The colour choice in this pack is very good and the nibs of the pens are described as fine.I don't use them very often but they last a long time and don't dry out. I have some Sharpie markers from a pack I bought months ago and as long as you put the lid back on correctly they will not dry out.They are permanent markers and I also use them for writing on cd's,

I had heard a lot about Sharpies so decided to try them. They can be quite expensive but these were amazingly good value. The colours are very sharp and include some quite subtle shades. What I really like is that you can draw with them and the ink is instantly colourfast. No waiting for things to dry and no smudging if you happen to get your hand on what you have just drawn or written.I have used them on a watercolour paper pad. They look good but the ink does tend to soak through to the next page. Best to maybe put something under the sheet you are working on. I haven't tried them on many other surfaces as yet. I am very impressed with these, compared to the average felt pen or OHP pen.

Encouraged to use these amazing Sharpies by my wonderful former dispensing assistant and online creative designer Andrea, an identical twin from Pennsylvania who finally married her white knight and gentle giant Tim and who pronounces fragile in such an quirky way ,with such emphasis on the ilee at the end of the word frag- illee, just like she pronounces ' Sharpie' with such love and tenderness.Now we always use these felt marker pens in the office. I am grateful to Andrea whose attentiveness and endeavours helped launch my small on line business in homeopathic health products ' healing sun' also found here n Amazon.

Good quality as you would expect from a leading brand. Chosen over other Sharpie branded sets as they were offered at a good discount - roughly half RRP - at the time I needed them. All worked well, nice sharp tips, write smoothly, and a nice range of bright colours. These were bought for the school leavers' shirt signing and worked well for that purpose, but did run slightly when rained on. Nothing disastrous, just a couple of water marks, but I haven't dared to wash the shirt in case the signatures all wash out. All in all a good buy and I'm sure they'll be used for other projects in the future.

These pens are great for colouring, give a nice even coverage. They're also good for writing names in school clothes, and for general use as permanent markers. The tips do soften and thicken slightly with use, but they don't fluff up so you can still get a decent clear line.My issue is that this pack is described as "Limited Edition 80s Glam Colours" when in fact I have every single one of these colours, because I got them in a pack from WH Smiths over a year ago. So now I have NO new colours, and 24 duplicates. Looks like daughter gets her wish of a set of her own Sharpies, after all!

Such a great product, they can be fine or a thick line that's the greatest thing about sharpie.Their products are very good quality even down to the plastic covering it gets well in your fingers and feels comfortable to use.They never lose the bold colour, my problem is rather than run out of ink they just seem to stop working, but I can live with that at such a great price.I definitely agree with the saying "you get what you pay for" when it comes to anything sharpie related they are slightly more expensive than other markers but they are worth the few extra pounds.

Purchased these as a gift for my wife, she is Sharpie crazy and this limited edition set was a must buy for her, she is a TA for the local school and so she has found these very useful for creating displays for the teachers and children.ProsExcellent qualityGreat colour rangeEasy to use due to fine pointsLong lastingCheaper than the high street (at least they are from what I've seen when out and about)ConsNone so farIf your a sharpie fan or you know someone who is then these are a great buy and cheaper than the high street.

I love Sharpie permanent pens, and now I can colour code all my packs of frozen food in the freezer!!! That will be great fun. They will be useful for so many other things as well. They make fantastic laundry markers as well, no amount of washing removes them. So things like vests and white t-shirt can now have a discreet colour coded mark on the label, instead of a blobby name or initial, all but illegible! No more mix-ups. That's just my more unusual ways of using them, the artistic side follows naturally! They are fantastic!
